I stayed at the hotel twice, and in both times we had issues with the air conditioning system, it wasn’t working, and in both times we had to move rooms because of that. On the first time we had a room upgrade to compensate for that but for the second time we just had to change the room.

Staff very helpful. They even went out of their way to arrange some balloons for our grandson!

Pillows are hard

This is the best hotel in Europe. The location is Amazing, the staff are very friendly and they are fully organised and prepared for the emergencies. During our stay, we faced the electric block outage that happened in Madrid. They staff had the best contengency plan, they comforted us, kept us updated and promissed to offer a free meal for all the gusts of the hotel. Moreover, When they knew that we would like to go to the outlet, they offered a free of charge VIP service with free back and forth car, free hand shopping and VIP lounge service. We had the best experinace with Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid!

The location was excellent, staff were incredibly friendly. Visited with my sister & niece. We were checked in by Darianna (sorry if I got the name wrong) and she was so helpful and went out of her way to help my niece practice her Spanish as did her colleague. We stayed in the Executive Suite which was large and even though it looked out on to Gran Via was very quiet. The team at breakfast were equally friendly, a shout out to Barbara who was so lovely and also helped us practice our Spanish. Delicious food at breakfast with lots to choose from. We were always greeted with a smile by the door staff too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing, excellent stay.

I liked the location the best lication for everything around ,the room was very nice clean and very comfortable bed,no noise. Good heating .clean bathroom , the terrace was nice, the hotel staff were very nice ,helpful, housekeeping was excellent, customer service was excellent, resturent staff were very good .very big variation of food with very quick service and very nice staff thanks to Dories Concierge was very helpful. In general all the employees were very nice,and very helpful. I liked the quick response for anything I needed from the customer services. Me and my wife liked the hotel very much and I will stay again in it in my future visit to lovely Madrid .thank you for making my trip to Madrid beautiful.

In fact nothing. For me it was a perfect stay from the first moment to the end.

The beds were super compfy, and the rooms were quiet. The rooftop is really nice and for those staying at the hotel there is no need to stay in line. The lounge downstairs is also comfy and serves delicious food. Also liked that water, coffee and tea are for free.

The minibar is small... i bought some yogurt and milk and had to remove some stuff to make it fit.

My stay at the Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid was truly wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Madrid on the famous Gran Via, providing easy access to the city's top attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff at the Hyatt Centric Gran Via were extremely friendly and professional, offering excellent service and always eager to meet the needs of the guests and make their stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid to anyone visiting Madrid and looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a prime location. I will definitely return to stay here in the future.

We had a lovely stay here. The location is perfect, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Although it's in the heart of the city, I loved how calm the hotel always was. Plus, breakfast is phenomenal. I will definitely stay here every time I'm in Madrid.

One very particular & tiny suggestion for improvement: the water current in certain rooms. In my room, where there's a built-in cieling shower jet, the water current was amazing, while in my friend's room, where there was a regular home shower system, the current was really poor.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. I had a nice view to the Gran Via street. In room Nespresso machine with capsules along with complimentary snacks. The breakfast was AMAZING. There's your standard premium continental buffet, which was very good on it's own, but to top it, there's also an "a la carte" menu (for no extra cost) which was spectacular. I only wish I had at least one more day (or 3 hours 😁) to go through all the things on it.

Low water pressure in the shower

Excellent Check-in and Checkout staff, they were so friendly and was very helpfu, specifically Miss. Maria was amazing to support at the time of checkin and checkout, she is one of the best staff i met during my satay, very helpful to provide more information about Madrid, , Amazing location I can say 10/10 for the location, each access to the major outlet

Size of room, bit congested for the amount of money we pay, choice of breakfast was very limited.
