One front of house staff member(female) in particular was very helpful and kind. She seemed to be working the morning/lunchtime shift. The breakfast was very good.

1. The shower head was leaking out water. 2. The door to the terrace was difficult - at times - to open. 3. The sun parasol on the terrace couldn't be opened.

Great location on Gran Via next to Plaza del Sol and La Carmen. Front desk staff (Julita and Maria) is outstanding in helping with requests and resolving issues. The breakfast of the hotel is also great.

My only minor issue is that some rooms have maintenance issues- air conditioning leaking water which required a visit from maintenance ( which occurred quickly) and another room had blinking bath lights. Not major issues but should not be happening.

The Hotel locatted between Gran Via and Callao metro stations. I travelled from barceloma via train and arirve to hotel very easy from Atocha station to Gran via metro station only for 15-20 minutes. Location is really comortable to walk and travel around via metro. Staff also is friendly. Thanks for gluten free breakfast choices.

Only cleaning. The room is very very DIRTY. As allergic person I found it difficult to breathe in the room. There is a lots of dust is under sofa.

It is in the heart of Madrid in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping and tourist attractions. The staff is super helpful and friendly. This was our 4 time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Great value for money.

The floor we were in could use some minor renovations compared to some of the other floors. As described, the hotel offers no parking but you have a public one very close by.

Perfect location, easy access to all major tourist attractions, things are labeled in a clever and cute way, we’re a family of 5, all in one big apartment with bunk beds for the kids which they loved and found very exciting. Housekeeping is very good, my child got hungry at 11pm at night and they offered us a warm glass of milk with a banana and chocolate powder to make it hot chocolate even though their kitchen had closed. The receptionists always offered good advice regarding sightseeing.

Excellent location, also near Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Lots of shops and eateries like Primark across the hotel. Fast wifi, comfortable beds and cold A/C. Staff are very helpful and cheery. There's also a self service laundry at the back of the hotel.

Location is best. It’s in the middle of it all. conveniently located in the middle of central Madrid. Shops, restaurants, cafes etc, are literally next door. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The front desk is manned 24 hours. Unless you must have a buffet breakfast, I’d not include that. Many cafes and restaurants are 2-3 minutes away for less.

We were there as the seasons were changing. AC was not working. Luckily it was not that hot.

Location so as awesome for exploring the city (easy to jump on the metro at Gran Via station). Having 4 beds and the fact that 1 larger bed was on its own in a separate room was great for our family of 4. In 1 room there was a twin and a bunk bed with a bit of safety on the top bunk (not enough that I’d put a kid under 8 up there). The room was clean. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were in larger bottles that stay at the hotel but they were nice. The breakfast was a buffet with an excellent assortment of fruit, vegetable, Tortilla de potata, yogurt, chia pudding, pastries, fresh juice, coffee, and tea. The cleaning staff and front desk were so helpful. We had an issue with our credit card and needed to call and they let us call from the phone at the front desk.

My partner felt like the room and bathroom needed updating but I thought they were fine. Wish it had been a bit cheaper.

It’s close to all the actions in the center of Madrid. The nearest station is about a minute walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were leaving early one day for an out of town trip before breakfast room opens and they suggested we request a grab and go breakfast bag that we can pick up.
