I stayed in one of the attic rooms with a terrace and the terrace itself was just gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave. Great comfy space, view of the Madrid rooftops and mountains.

I don’t know about the other rooms but mine had no shower and just a clawfoot tub with a handheld. And while I used to use these all the time, I’m a little too addicted to a traditional shower to appreciate showering off in a tub. Plus, the tub is super small. And while I am petite and thin, it’s still quite narrow. Proceed with caution if you’re older!

The Room in the 6th floor was great! It was big, well equipped, clean and beautiful.

The street in which the hotel is located is not too nice, however with a 2 minutes walk you reach gran via. Further, the lounge is not very inviting.

7 Islas is a very modern hotel in a fabulous location, right near the Gran Via for shopping and steps away from some fantastic bars and restaurants. Although the hotel is in a central location, it is tucked away down a side street so not right in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. There is a supermarket right opposite which was fantastic for buying essentials and an amazing bakery just round the corner. There were also some great places for brunch nearby. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the Malin + Goetz bathroom products added a touch of on trend luxury. The fridge was also very handy! Getting to and from the airport was easy - about 35 minutes in an Uber which cost about £25 (*there is a designated Uber pick up location in T4). Will definitely stay at 7 Islas next time we are in Madrid… we loved it!

We had a fantastic stay at the 7 Islas Hotel! The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and great restaurants just steps away. Public transport to farther parts of the city is just a minute away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was ready earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to drop our bags and start exploring right away. On our last day, we really appreciated being able to store our luggage in the hotel lockers so we could enjoy a few more hours in the city before our flight. The room itself was clean, beautifully designed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The hotel’s stylish design gives it a unique charm, and the cocktails at the lobby bar were absolutely top-notch—definitely worth trying! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city. We’d happily stay here again!

I just spent two awesome nights at this hotel. The location is spot on : Gran Vía and the metro are literally around the corner. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and I could even screen share my phone to the TV, which was awesome! Hot water worked great, and I was able to adjust the AC temperature easily. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The walls were kinda thin so I could hear some noise, but it didn’t really bother me. Would’ve been nice to have a duvet on the bed though.

Hotel is very near to Gran Via and Tribunal metro stations so it was a very very useful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a very powerful A/C, comfortable bed, and also nice decoration.

Bathroom accessories / decoration were not very useful. They lack of toileteries, some simple useful things could be provided. Hangers for towels was very difficult to use and on top of toilet. There is no toilet brush. Bathroom waste bin is rattan and again not very useful /hygienic.

The location was perfect, very convenient to the main square and public transportation. There were tons of restaurants, cafes and shopping within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. This was our first time in Spain and they helped us coordinate transportation, allowed early check in, and helped us with finding restaurants and other activities. The room was also fabulous. The black out curtains were a nice touch, the products in the bathroom were top notch/smelled amazing and the room was quite spacious for 2 girls with a lot of stuff! The room was so reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Madrid and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely brilliant location. Central for most things. Not too far from Tribunal metro station. Supermarket directly opposite. Quiet street yet close to loads of bars and restaurants. Very clean room and friendly staff. Short walk to the main sights

Paper thin walls. Honestly shocking really for a premium priced hotel. Fortunately most nights people around us were quiet but not the final night. No roof top viewing point except for the penthouse people.

It was a beautiful experience. The hotel really exceeded my expectations. Came for a trip with my Dad and it's difficult to have comfortable experiences, especially in hotels. They're really experienced and know how to handle guests. I can't fault it. Maybe if I had a room with no street view I'd comment on that. But we did! This was such a lovely touch. I'm happy with our stay, so much so that we extendex the trip atleast twice in the same hotel.

Perhaps there could have been more breakfast options, however I really think this is a small point. Breakfast itself was delicious

Small thing but no coffee provided in room. Reception said that was because it was provided in the breakfast area at level -1 - inconvenient for that first coffee of the day!!!
