The location is wonderful. a two minute walk from Gran Via Metro Station allowing you to go anywhere in the city. Shops, restaurants and bars, all close by. Puerto Del Sol, Plaza Mayor, all within walking distance.

Difficult to locate, even with GPS, it is located inside a building with other hostels or private rooms.

The room was nice, big enough. We have also a little kitchen with refrigirator and microvawe. It's very clean. Accommodation is really in the center of Madrid. One step from Gran Via. It was very convenient. And safe. Me and my friend (two women) never felt threatened, we really felt safe in Madrid. All attractions are within walking distance, you don't need a public transfer. All around you can get a taxi.

The reception is not working all day, hardly you can find someone there. The staff doesn't speak English at all. But there is reception on a floor higher, where you can find the stuff. Despite they don't speak English, they were friendly and we somehow managed to agree on everything.

Very good location, a small, but clean room, very good for a 2-3 night stay, very close to the center, the shopping area and just a 10-15 min walk to the airport bus.

At the arrival, there was a misunderstanding with accesing the building, the staff only spoke Spanish and because we didn't understand each other, she was rude. Eventually the problem was solved, but I think the person who answers the phone should speak at least a little bit of English. Not everyone speaks fluent Spanish.

The location of the apartement is simply perfect. It is in the heart of the city, all places of interest is in walking distance. Although it is on a busy street the apartement is absolutely quiet, you cannot hear anything from the street nois inside. The size was absolutely convinient for two people.

The kitchen equipment was inadequate; there wasn’t even a larger plate available. The overall impression of the apartment is that it needs a thorough renovation. The bed was too narrow and too soft.

The apartment was very nice. Even better than in the pictures. Clean and tidy, central, and very well connected.

Fantastic location just off Gran Via and a short walk to a Metro subway stop. Room faced street with a French balcony. When all were closed at night -the twin (2 layers!) double pane windowed patio doors, the roll up shutter and the thick, wooden shutter doors - there was no sound. Sleep was sound and deep. A mini split AC unit kept it cool, though we had to ask for the AC control. Small kitchen and separate bedroom made it into a small apartment. The staff neglected to put instant coffee packets in the kitchen, in spite of our request for them.

It was really a great location for anyone wanting to find themselves in a comfortable place near the bars and parties in chueca, and also close enough to the city center, the main plazas, close to the metro, etc. gotta say that it's probably easy to find a good spot in Madrid anyway for the great way it is built as a city.

We had a great time truly, but the staff members do not know English too well which is a given in the city anyway, but many service-givers were patient and wanted to help. In ava rooms they were a bit less patient and nice to interact with. would still order it had it been the best price in the same location!

Quiet, clean, great location

The noisy people in the room next door!

The property is at the city center near Gran Via. So most of what you would need or want is nearby. The rooms are clean with daily cleaners coming by to take the garbage and clean the room while you are gone. There is an electric kettle to heat water for coffee and a microwave. There is also a refrigerator so you can put some food aside for heating later.

There is air-conditioning but they didn't give me the remote for it but just gave me the remote for the ceiling fan, which was fine as the nights when I stayed there were pretty cold anyway. There is an elevator but you would still need to climb the some flight of stairs to get to your room.

Everything . During my stay I had two rooms. The initial room for 2 people was actually an apartment. Large kitchen. Good size bathroom and a separate big bedroom. Amazing. The apartment had street view. Superb. There was AC that worked excellent. We also had a microwave , TV in the kitchen and bedroom, and a laundry machine in the kitchen. Also there was a kind of sofa in the kitchen. After 5 days we switched to a room of 3 people as our daughter joined us. This room was just a room with 3 beds, smaller even the bathroom. I find it too small for 3 people with all the luggages around. The rooms were super clean. Also had great mattresses.

Room for 3 could be larger since not much space to move around when luggages are also around.
