The room was small but functional for the one night stay I needed. Comfortable bed. Tiny bathroom- toilet and shower squeezed in with good size hand basin in living area. Luggage storage after checkout was great. I arrived very late and got good instructions to get in by myself. Very quiet and dark for sleeping. Would stay again but repeating only one night at a time and by myself.

No window but that was because I booked the smallest room so expected that. Room felt very stuffy - no aircon/heatpump - even a fan would have been nice just to move the air around. The accommodation is on the first floor with no elevator - I was good for carrying my suitcase up but others may not be. The street is a no car zone - to take into account when arriving, you will have to walk a minute or two from the next street.

Location is in the very centre of Madrid. There’s anything you’d need just around the corner: restaurants, supermarket, places to shop etc. Metro is 4-5 minutes by feet. My room was very clean, smell was good, I had a beautiful view on Calle Fuencarral, the workers who attended me were very nice, smiling and welcoming.

The window in mi room, which was 120 if I’m not wrong, didn’t close properly as I think it was dealined. So the room was a bit cold at night. There is a lot of noise at night if you are staying in a room that has Calle Fuencarral view. I don’t mind it and to be fair I prefer it to silence but for someone else it might be annoying .

Location was excellent. Close to Gran Via metro and Tribunal metro. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

The room was very small and the bed too hard for me but my husband liked the bed. We could hear every other guest that came into the building. 3am I was awakened by ones arriving back. While they themselves were not being loud I could hear them chatter, their steps on the wooden stair case and their movement in the room above me. To be honest for the price I would just say bring ear plugs.

Likeable VFM little hotel, excellent location, amenities and working condition of the premises at a quite satisfactory level. Upright bonus the coffee station where they provide complimentary coffee and snack every morning, thumbs up for that.

You simply cannot run a hotel in the heart of Madrid with staff unable to communicate in English at the front desk, entirely strange. Only one gentleman was speaking English, thank God and him. Polite staff at Reception & Houseekeping, despite the unbearable language barrier. Also, when you advertise Iron & Kettle in the room, please provide them.

Its location was perfect for exploring Madrid. The beds were really comfortable as were the pillows. It was clean and tidy and the sheets and towels were changed every day. Great place.

Not really anything. It was clean and tidy even though the rooms were on the small side. It won’t be good for wheelchair users though as there’s not a lift and reception is on the first floor.

The location was excellent, and the room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We had a peaceful and pleasant stay and felt well-rested after the night.

The only issue was the air conditioner — it worked very efficiently, but we couldn’t turn it off, which made the room too cold during the night. It would be great to have a way to control it manually.

It was super close to the city center. He got to Madrid late at night and the staff was super helpful with their instructions to get in, we had no issues whatsoever. The pricing is great, the room was very nice and the location is amazing. This is my second time here and I would totaly come back.

This time our room was a bit too cold at night, but I guess that during these hot summer days it perfect during the day. cover were provided, so we were fine.

Very convenient location as everything was near. Metro station very close by and there were grocery shops and restaurants near the property. The staff are very kind and explain everything very well.

I had a fantastic stay at Le Petit Palű-Fuencarral! The room, though the bathroom was small, was comfortable and cozy. The real standout here is the amazing staff; they made me feel right at home. The complimentary coffee and brioche were a nice touch, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Plus, the hotel's prime location within walking distance of major attractions is a huge plus. I'll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Le Petit Palu to everyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location, it is quite convenient and to walking distance to the center and to the main places to visit. It is also located to a walking distance to the Metro "Tribunal" station. Toilet and room were super clean!!!

Bed despite of being comfortable, it was quite small considering an average 1.82m height. Room's window faces an internal patio, which is poorly maintained. Check-in and desk help is so mechanic and "digital" that lacks of the human touch. Guys at the desk seems to follow the same script
