The property is very well located, really in the heart of the center of Madrid. You have everything you can possibly need down Fuencarral Street. The room was very clean and tidy, with a really comfortable bed, good pillows, and a great bathroom. The mini fridge included free water bottles and some instant coffee and tea and a water boiler which is really nice. The staff is friendly and always available via WhatsApp to give assistance about accessing the property.

Maybe the signage on the front door of the building could be a little clearer, but that’s a minor opinion.

Location was very good. A lot of restaurants near by.

Locating the property could have been easier. Clients should be given landmarks to find the address (nearby stores) because the numbering of buildings is inconsistent or nonexistent. For visitors to spain the addressing is not straightforward. And the signage is not obvious if you dont realize where you need to look. We only found the apartment because a person happened to be coming out of the building and helped us.

Central position perfect to visit Madrid city centre, Prado museum, plaza Mayor, Palacio Real. Beds very comfortable, fantastic big shower, people at the reception very nice and professional, appreciated the tea/coffee water welcome kit.

Should be specified that the structure is in personal area not accessible by car the car must be parked in the parking place and then reach the structure on foot. Not a problem, just to be aware to avoid to be taken picture of the car plate and avoid fees.

The room was very clean and well laid out. The bathroom included a rain shower which was fantastic. Being directly on one of the main shopping streets was perfect because it got quiet pretty early and you were close to everything. The staff was very friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

This isn’t a complaint as much as an observation. We are a family of four. Our children are now 15 and 11. The bunk beds worked for our short trip. The 15 year old said they wouldn’t want to sleep for more than 3 nights which is fair. For a short stay though it was perfect.

We visited Madrid as part of our two Spanish city trips. Our first stop was Madrid followed by a train ride to our next stop in Málaga. I have lived in Madrid for a few years in the past, so I thought this location would suit us best and that was a great decision! We mainly walked everywhere, but we're at a short location from metro stops as well. Very close to Gran Vía, Sol, Callao, etc. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops - at a short walking distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, we were able to leave our stuff in the room as soon as we arrived which was great after an early flight. The room was clean and the beds were tidied up daily. Our most favourite features in the room were the super comfortable beds and nice shower. Only for two two, I'd give it the 10 already! The electric blinds were a great touch and we enjoyed chilling in the little balcony while watching life passing by. Since we knew the apartment was in an older building on a busy street, we brought ear plugs. This way we were able to leave the balcony door open overnight for a fresh breeze. While we were there, there were road works in progress, but we were not affected by the sounds due to the ear plugs. We will definitely stay here on our next trip, highly recommended!

Location is absolutely excellent where has many shops and nice restaurants nearby and the metro and bus stop just walking distance. It’s located inside the apartment building,not like a hotel but still have a small elevator ,that’s quite comfortable and convenient. The beds is nice and shower is strong,so staying is satisfying.

The taxi can’t bring you to the hotel as it’s located in the pedestrian area ,you have to walk with large luggage ,but it’s just few minutes. There’s no public area ,such as kitchen to use and sofa or chair space for someone waiting for check in. The location is not easy to find as no hotel‘s mark in front of the door,have to watch out the sticker on the doorbell.

The rooms are located in the centre of Madrid. The staff was very polite and provided very helpful directions, so we didn't have any problem finding the building and accessing it. The room was spacious (considering the location) and very clean! It felt quite new. We could also leave our luggage there after check out. Definitely a good choice! 💯

Location is amazing - very close to every attraction you can imagine; Nice French balcony with the view on a beautiful lively street, still - great noise isolation; Super clean, everything you need is in the room; Friendly and attentive staff; Comfortable bed; Easy to find; Option to leave your luggage and get a temporary card to access the building.

Warm blanket was missing, so it was impossible to sleep with the aircon on all night.

The room was really nice, especially the bathroom. The shower was great, water pressure was very good. The automatic blinders are a plus. Staff waiting for me at midnight (Sara) was wonderful.

The building is not very easy to find, especially at night. There were repairs being made, so the air felt kind of dusty. The elevator doesn’t get to the entrance of the hotel, so you will have to take half a flight of stairs, either up or down.

I appreciate their continuous support throughout my stay. Location was perfect. Easy to roam around the city from this location. Even though the room are small but it has all the required facilities. I like the way they name the rooms... :) So overall it was a pleasure staying at Woohoo.

Woohoo has multiple hotels in the city, so it would be helpfull if they mention that in thier initial msg. That's it I cannot think of any other point to suggest :)
