Liked the diverse options for plugging in cords, a usb plug and standard type F/C plug to allow different types of connections. Air conditioner worked great, and was very necessary during an extremely hot week in Madrid. Location was perfect, placed right in the middle of a shopping center so access to stores were easy and fast, a 3-5 minute walk from the main metro station for easy transportation, and a 5 minute walk to a bigger plaza/district for more shopping options. Area is filled with restaurants and bars, simply walking around the property will allow you to find something to your liking.

Size of the bathroom was a bit small for me, being someone who is a little bit bigger than average. Shower water can fill up and flood through the doors a little bit also, making bathroom very wet.

It was what I was looking for my overnight stay in Madrid. It was reached easily by Metro from the airport and convenient to get to Madrid Chamartin-Clara Campoamor Station. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Receptionist was very nice (sorry I don’t remember her name) and spoke excellent english.

I was a bit confused about how to enter the property. I was exhausted from traveling so I may have missed some instruction along the way. Clear step by step direction for entering the building and where to go was what I needed. But it worked out with the help of a local store worker.

The stay was perfect! Staff was kind and informed us really well. The area was perfect as it was close to everything but at night it was good you just need to be aware of your surroundings. Overall WE LOVED IT! Room clean.soft beds.you could hear very rarely a person or two coming back to their rooms but nothing outrageous. This was my first time staying in Madrid and it was great even if it was for a short time.

There is a lift but can take a minute or 2 to come down/up on occasion but there is also stairs if youre feeling up to it. Wouldnt says its a bad thing but if youre in a rush maybe go for the stairs.

The accomodation has an elevator which is a good benefit, especially if you carry heavy luggages. It's in a very good location, in the 'center' of everything, cafes, restaurants, shops... The metro is in walking distance. The supermarket is near by as well. The staff was helpful and super nice. The bed was comfortable. There was also an air-conditioning and a tv. Overall, we really liked our stay for all the convenience we've got alongside. We could also leave our luggages in the reception after checkout.

The bathroom was too small, especially the shower (the shower curtain was constantly getting inside and stickying on me. The toilet is located right in front of the shower so not as convenient. The air-conditioning was working although not as well. The room was very tiny overall.

Location was excellent for what we wanted to do in Madrid (Museums, city highlights etc) The lady (sorry, didn’t get her name) who did our check-in and check-out was excellent. Restaurants and cafes in the area were very good. On-line check-in is a very good service.

There was some confusion with our reservation but the Hostal and Booking Customer Service got it straightened out before our arrival.

although in fact it has everything a person needs, from air conditioning, television, nice bathroom, the room is still a bit too small, the view is on the inner courtyard and the residents opposite. I'm also sorry that it doesn't have a corner for all of us chain smokers. I would book it again, I definitely would, because the location is excellent and the cleanliness is top notch

Great location with vibrant chueca vibes and good shopping on the doorstep. This little venue is a little gem. 💎 need to commend the very attentive staff, modern facilities and cleanliness. It really was so convenient and goodvalue for money.

Location was superb!

I hadn't realised it was 3 single beds, communication with hostel was very slow, couldn't get clear directions on how to get in at night, there was no staff available to let me in upon late arrival.
