Everything in the apartment is excellent! The apartment is quite large with all amenities, refrigerator, stove, dishes, coffee machine, washing machine. The bed is very comfortable and large. Everything is clean, fruit is stocked. You can watch TV from your phone on the two TVs. The place is 5 minutes from Gran Via and everything is accessible within walking distance. The staff is very kind and responsive. There is a wonderful place in the other building stocked with coffee, milk, sweets, fruit and many other things included for free. Very convenient if you arrive earlier or travel later. We had wonderful days! Thank you!

Be prepared for a lot of noise at night. Also, if you have a child or can't climb stairs, the elevator often breaks down.

Fantastic location and the reception was easy to find. I arrived early and could store my luggage until I could check in later in the day. The room was well-appointed, with a very necessary washer-dryer (my main reason for booking here!) Comfortable chairs meant that there was a place to sit and read or watch TV.

The kitchen is quite cramped with very little work surface, and the little breakfast nook does not really provide a comfortable place to work. I could not get the blinds on the window to close, which impacted on my privacy (there was an older gentlemen watering plants right outside at one stage) and the plumbing sprung a leak, so my suitcase got wet. But these are nothing a little maintenance and perhaps a bit of thinking can't fix.

The location was great - can walk to all sightseeing sites in the centre. Coffee, tea, snacks 24/7 at the hotel next door. Friendly staff. Freezing a/c - not a complaint in summer.

No cooking utensils/pans - not an issue for us but do not expect to cook a meal. Dishwasher not working. No detergent. We were woken up by a smoke alarm in the hallway at 8am. Staff explained that one room smoke alarm went off. Beds are not the most comfortable ones. Shower drain was very slow to a point water was overflowing out to the floor.

Very easy to pick up the keys right next door. The Terrace was great & big. It had a washer/dryer but we weren't there long enough to use it. We did appreciate that there was an additional top sheet for the bed that we were able to use. There are additional "shutters" that cover the windows to make the room darker at night. The air conditioners worked but we had them as low as they would go but it never got "cold" in the rooms. I wish we would've been there longer to really enjoy it!

There was some very pungent "air freshener" that was horrible! It gave me a headache. If I stayed here again, I would not want that smell during my stay. Strong smells like that should not be the choice of the property, it should be the choice of the people staying there. Also, the hand held shower wand was leaking so it did not actually spray out, it just "fell" out of the wand & barely came out. The shower needs more water pressure all over as the overhead rain shower didn't have a lot of pressure either.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and it was nice and warm. It's right off of Gran Via and a shopping street, but it is not loud. The building with the reception has a rooftop with free coffee and cookies in the morning.

In our first studio, the oven and washing machine were broken. However, staff was on top of it and had us change studios at our leisure. It was on Christmas Eve too, which can be a complicated time, but they were very organized and helpful.

The location is great, 4 blocks from La Gran Via in a beautiful street. The metro is 3 blocks away and the neighbourhood has plenty of stores and bars. The room has everything we needed, kitchen, microwave oven, fridge, safety box,even a dish washer machine. The staff is friendly and polite.

We loved this apartment and will be back

We had a terrace apartment and the terrace was a wonderful addition. The apartment itself was very comfortable, and on our second day they replaced all the beds, so we had a lovely new bed to sleep in for the remainder of our time there. The apartment is very centrally located and close to everything that you require.

Really the only complaint is that the apartment is dated and tired, and was not the cleanest. The couch needs replacing and some of the outdoor chairs were filthy. But even with that in mind, we would stay there again, simply because of the beautiful terrace.

Very spacious and well equipped rms. Great and helpful staff. Alicia, Javier were fantastic.

A little noisy after midnite with bar under the rooms. Police turn siren on at 3am, I'm guessing just to annoy. Fire alarm or smoke detector sounded off on a couple of occasions during morning, Maybe someone sneaking a smoke? Washer dryer Instructions not good. Took forever to get dryer to operate. Machine went into extra wash cycles using their instructions. Once started you can't interrupt cycle.

This property is in an excellent location. The apartment was spacious and clean and bright. The reception / check -in at their sister property a few steps away was quick, professional, friendly. They have 24 hour on site staff to assist with issues/problems and have free coffee and cookies, etc. 24/7 if you want a quick snack. If you want to be near Chueca and Gran Via and stroll in a very nice and safe neighborhood, we strongly recommend this property.

There was a nice flat screen TV. However you have to scan a QR code to download apps that you can use on your phone. The staff is willing to assist with any confusion, but overall, the TV situation could be a bit simpler.
