The location is in very-very center place. best of best. The room is very sweet, and very clean. The persons in the reception it was very friendly. Hot water, Good bed, Windows in the room, Good bathroom. So if i will came again in madrid, i will choose this hotel again!

Excellent location in downtown Madrid. Metro station 5 minutes away. The room was basic but very nicely appointed. Extremely quiet (room 38), even taking into consideration the very central location.

The price was the cheapest I could find in central Madrid, but it was still really high. I imagine it was for the weekend and holiday (end of October, early November), and I imagine the situation in Valencia also increased demand.

The location is excellent, for our first trip to Madrid we were so close to the shops, restaurants and cosy bars. The Grand Vi the main street was close by, access to buses and metro etc.. Our room was immaculate, and as advertised. Ideal for a short visit to Madrid. Lastly the staff, really helpful and polite.

No facilities that we could find to make a cup of tea.

The location is super central, however the rooms do not face the street, so they are both very quiet and fresh, as they get very little sun (which is great in summer, there is no even need for air con). Beds are very comfortable. Room soundproofing is really great. There is a good desk in the room.

Although being very quiet, you'll hear the air con from other rooms and apartments, that's very unavoidable. It is kind of a white noise though, so it's still possible to sleep at night. The shower could have been slightly larger, but this is really a very minor issue.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of Chueca. It is a brilliant area with 3 metro stations within easy walking distance (take the metro from the airport to Tribunal at the top of Calle Fuencarral). The hostel is 39 on the right, a 5 min walk. It is spotlessly clean, the bed is king size and comfortable. Modern though compact shower room of a good standard. There are countless cafes for breakfast on the doorstep. We were on the 3rd floor at the front of the building with a glass covered balcony. Perfect spot for people watching.

Absolutely nothing! You won't find better in this price range (and I'm very fussy😁)

The location and despite a busy street not much noise from outside. The employees were nice both the receptionists and cleaners.

Some noise from the corridor and doors but nothing that earplugs did not solve. Also the bed was a bit hard but they are always in spain.

Excellent location, very nice staff, very clean room with nice pictures on the wall and great value for money in central Madrid!

Wi-Fi was a bit slow a few of the nights but mostly very fast. For light sleepers, the walls etc. are a bit thin but this was not a problem for me.

It was clean modern comfortable. You could leave your luggage. They provided a kettle. It was quiet, staff were approachable. It suited me well. Everything was walkable and it was a safe district. They cleaned the room each day and the bedlinen and towels were were great

A fridge would have been useful. But no complaints.

Amazing experience at Fuencarral, will consider it for sure for my next visit. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The amenities were new, clean and comfortable.

Great location. Walking distance to all the sights. Liked the fridge in room and balcony. Staff were kind and helpful.

Our room overlooked the street. Street noise was very loud but we wore ear plugs the second night and that helped. If you are a light sleeper this room may not be for you.
