Our stay in Madrid was very pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for our time in the city. Its location was excellent – close to the metro and bus stops, just five minutes away, which made moving around easy and convenient. We really appreciated being within walking distance of most of the main tourist attractions, which allowed us to explore the city at our own pace without relying too much on public transport. Overall, the apartment’s location and comfort helped make our stay in Madrid enjoyable and stress-free.

We stayed in apartment 5A. This was on the top floor and it has access to a small terrace on the roof. The location was great - we could walk to all the areas we wanted to visit. Even though it is located on a busy shopping street, we didn't notice any noise. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable. The facilities for self catering are all fine if you need them but we were only there for a couple of days so we didn't need them.

There was nothing at all wrong with the apartment. We had a great trip. Maybe to make it s 10 there could have been some basics like coffee supplied but this is a minor thing. Good value overall.

We felt it was in a great location. Had what we needed for our three night stay. You could make your self comfortable with no doubt of things being clean or not. There were restaurants, bars, markets, stores all around. We were with my elderly parents and the elevators worked perfectly. Having walked all around the extended center of Madrid and seeing other options we would come back to this one. (The pic is the street Fuencarral, the apartments are right across Decathlon=

The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes from the Grand Via and also located in the middle of a main street full of shops. The room has a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The air conditioner was perfectly fine. We needed help and we got it from the reception office located in the next building. There is also a parking arrangement with a nearby parking lot 200 meters away From the hotel you have to sign in the lobby and then you get a parking discount, this is very important because those who enter the center of Madrid with a car must enter the parking lot otherwise they receive a 200 euro fine.

We were 5 people in the room and sometimes the hot water in the boiler was not enough for all of us and we had to wait about an hour for hot water to be available.

I particularly enjoyed the location. It's a walking distance from everything you need and the airport transfer is super easy. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

It doesn't look as fresh and modern as in the photos, though. The lift is very noisy and may keep you awake all night. You can hear everything from the hall. There was no hairdryer in the apartament so I asked for one and a day later got additional bed sheets instead. The hairdryer was provided the following morning.

Location is walkable to most of the tourists attractions and it is right smack on the shopping district. A lot of restaurants nearby as well. It is between Grand Via and Tribunals Metro Station.

Shower gel, hair conditioner and dish washing detergent are provided. There is no dishwasher, washing machine has no dryer function, clothes drying rack is provided though. Washing detergent, Coffee and tea bags are not provided.

Balcony view of the street was lovely. Central location only 10 min walk to Sol Metro near shops and Plaza Mayor. Comfortable sofa and clean beds. Shampoo, conditioner & hairdryer included in bathroom. Fridge, cooker & microwave for self catering needs. We loved that it was a two floor apartment but stairs aren’t for everybody! Staff were very helpful and gave us directions to & info about the metro to help us get to Mad Cool Festival in Villaverde.

Shower head was very small but had good pressure. Located up a steep hill if walking from town! Lots of prostitutes on the high street outside at night.

Perfect location and in a great neighbourhood!

It says there is a coffee machine, but there isn't. Moka pot is not a coffee machine. Also there are not enough cleaning tools (vacuum cleaner, etc.). Also, there is nothing extra in the kitchen and refrigerator. And the apartment is far from aesthetic. There is neither a painting nor a colorful seating area etc. Nothing has been done to improve the flat.

I liked the location and the communication to get inside the apartment. Very nice and simple instructions! I liked how safe it was and they were always there to help via whatsapp or via the booking.com app. I DEFO recommend the location right in the main areas!! It had options for cooking, washing machine and even the sofa bed was very comfortable. For the value of money .. excellent!!

The location was good. Everything was close by.

The apartment was not big enough for 5 adults. The sofa bed was too small for 2 adults. I should have read the description before making the decision. It wasn’t a good size for 5 adults. Washroom shower has no curtain or sliding door so water was going everywhere. (We figured out a way to avoid this issue).
