I like the property overall, although it is more simple basic apartments but with everything you need. I chose the small room for 1 person with own bathroom which was exactly as described on photo. It has even small fridge. The location was great, warm water in bathroom without problems, all clear, communication easy. The building has elevator,directly under is Carrefour express. About 3 minutes walk on Gran Via. I could walk everywhere from here. I do recommend .

The accommodation is simple. Room is smaller, could be difficult for bigger person specially in bathroom. A bit noisy if neighbours come home too late :) but no real issue and it was nice stay.

I booked the hotel two months in advance. When I looked at the photos on booking, I still thought the hotel facilities were old. But the location was good and the price was good. When I drove to the hotel, I found that it was very close to the main commercial street and the location was very accurate. The hotel was on the 3rd floor. When I checked in, I found that the hotel was newly renovated. It was completely different from the photos. The hotel's hot water is available 24 hours a day, which is very good. The latex pillows on the hotel bed are very comfortable and conducive to sleep. There is a Carrefour supermarket on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of the Bernabeu, Puerta del Sol, the main square, the Grand Palace, and the Retiro Park. It is very convenient and must be given a perfect rating

Although it seemed small, the room was actually very spacious and well equipped! The blinds made the room completely light free, which was great for the night, since the street is pretty illuminated. Also, it was very quiet at night, which was amazing, since it's located in a bar area with a lot of noise, which we didn't hear 😁 the room was cleaned every day, and clean towels were supplied also every day.

Despite being well equipped, the bathroom was very small and had poor illumination.

I stayed in a single room so the size is quite small, but big enough to fit in my big enough suitcase so that’s fine by me, also the toilet/bath facility is decent, bed is rather comfortable, so I won’t complain about it. Also, who cares about the room size when you staying Madrid. Right down the stairs there are dozens of different restaurants and bars and clubs, in one of the trendiest areas I see in Madrid, and all the main eat/exhibitions/shopping area are within 3-7 mins walk so I barely used any those 10 metro tickets I bought in pack in the first day. So if you place to see a lot in Madrid and what you be at the best location with good budget control, this is the perfect place for you!

It will be perfect if there's a kettle in the room.

Room was not that big, but the space was well used and we had everything we needed! The location was amazing, there are a lot of food options nearby, a market that works 24/7, close to the metro station and different stores. Staff was helpful and kind.

Our family stayed at Ch Chelo for 2 nights in August. We got a family room with a large bed and 2 single beds (not bunk beds) and private bathroom. The room was very clean and comfortable. AC worked great in the room. The small refrigerator was useful in keeping water and drinks cool. Location was very good, close to Gran Via and Madrid city center. There is a good grocery store right below. Parking at a discounted rate was available 5 minutes away. We were very happy with our stay, no complaints at all.

The position was great, right next to the Gran Via and at walking distance from a lot of the top attractions. The room had everithing you could need for a short stay, great value for money. The place was cleaned daily and thats not everywhere you see it axpecially at this price range. Staf was friendly and super helpfull they also speak italian which was great.

Nothing, as I said great value for money, if you want to stay in a fancy hotel is not for you, but is clean and confortable.

Very good location, near Chueca and Gran Via metro stations, few minutes walk to many shops and bars. Small supermarket just next door.

The room was very small but ok for a short stay. The street could be a little loud but even earplugs are provided:)

Location in the city center, thus direct access to shops and food. The room is clean and provides everything we need, including earbuds :) Overall you get what you pay for.

The bathroom is tiny, the smallest we've ever seen. Since the room is next to a pretty busy road, it's quite noisy.
