Location, it is very close to the city center. The hostel was clean too I really liked it. The showers were super clean as well

The only thing I didn't like is when I was chilling in my bed at like 13h00 and then a woman came up to me to ask for my reservation, she couldn't find my name so I gave her the number, it was weird but okay, but 15min after that encounter the cleaning ladies came over and did the exact same thing. I don't understand how can you have my reservation and all my information but you can't find it and you come to ask me for it. There is definitely work that needs to be done on that side.

It's better than for the simple reason that it has onrealistic low rating. I don't know why. It's a hostel, sheets and space are clean, it's a great location, breakfast is nothing special but normal menu for this kind of accomodation.

You have to have your own lock for the locker. Sure you can buy own lock at the reception, but I'd prefer some free solution (if you don't have your own lock).

It had nice spaces, the bed was comfortable, the location was really good!

There was people staying that didn’t made me feel safe, the main areas at night was full of guys drinking and listening to music. The AC didn’t work in the bedroom so it was pretty hot. People staying in was so loud and nosy at night and no one take matter of it. If I was travelling alone I would have felt safe there.

Great Location, definitely! Good internet. They serve a simple breakfast (not many option) but fair for the price.

The room's ventilation wasn't very good, and it gets a bit stuffy at night. The reception/entrance hall is a bit smelly (body odour) but the room and toilet were clean and organised.

Our doble room with private bathroom was clean and tidy, the location is perfect.

We came to the hotel at 11 o’clock, we were asking for earlier check in, at least to leave our luggage, but the hotel refused. The walls are thin, a bit noisy in the room. The breakfast was not good, pastries and coffee only.

The female dorm was great and calm. The breakfast was also carried out in a way that it was quick and efficient.

My luggage got lost during my flight to Madrid and the reception did not agree to receive it when the airport arranged a delivery. So I had to spend one whole day sitting at the reception waiting for my bag to be dropped off even though I told them I wouldn't hold them responsible for anything after taking my bag. That was very frustrating.

Was the great location and the fact that the room had more than one bathroom.

The variety provided at breakfast and that the place to eat it was small, given the capacity of the hostel.

Location so perfect near gran via and bank of Spain. Complimentary breakfast. Clean and fresh sheets.

Luggage storage charge is 5 euro. No towels. No chair or table in room. Lift not working.

The location, close to the museums and other places of interest, my room, my bed, the big lounge downstairs where you can sit and relax in complete peace, the excellent breakfast which is included, the staff.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
