Very accommodating to specific needs and really appreciated free bakery goods on the weekend. Effective communication utilizing What’s App. Staff was helpful with bags and transportation to airport also communicating with taxi driver to ensure information for destination was correct. Nice complimentary tote bag to carry for any souvenirs or items for walking in the city. Maybe think about adding Madrid, Spain on the tote bag, making it more specific to the visit.

Little confusing on how to buzz in to the building since the hotel/hostel is only 1 floor of the multi floor building. There is a placard with that information on the opposite side of the key pad, not intuitive.

The stuff was great, everything was fantastic, especially the bed and how quiet the place was.We had some great sleeps there. First day we had an issue with the shower, the water was not going down the sewers but when we told them it was fixed very very fast. The location is perfect for everything. We were very happy with the hospitality in Madrid in general. And also coffee is very hard to find a good one in the shops, but in the reception they had a machine and iyou could have a very good coffee from there.

Clean, modern, super comfortable bed, great location, helpful staff! We couldn’t get enough of how much we liked the location - cute, quiet street with everything you need (cafes, pizza and dessert places, barbershops, a few minutes away from famous Gran Via, 19 min away from the Royal Palace walking distance + very close to the best flamenco shows in Madrid and metro stations).

We liked everything about the property. However, the elevator didn’t work during our stay (but it had nothing to do with the hotel since it was a shared building with other hostels/hotels in it). This property is located on the second floor so it wasn’t too terrible, but very inconvenient with big luggage. Also, the bathroom was a little small which was not a problem for us but if you prefer a spacious bathroom this is something to keep in mind.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little bit on the small side but we had an adorable balcony window overlooking the street and the action. The staff was super kind and helpful.

The entrance to the building was a little bit run down, had a lot of old charm but could be cleaned up a little bit. There was no elevator working but the place is only a story up. We LOVED the neighborhood because it was fun and active. I can see how not everyone would love it, like if you were looking for a quiet area. Otherwise we thought this place was a good value.

I really like the support of the staff, we got some unexpected situation with my youngest daughter and staff help us without any complain and extra charge. Apart of that first day we didn't know how to setup correctly the air conditioner (temperature in Madrid was over 39 C :) and cold water for the shower and we asked for help and then they help us. My brother arrived before than us, the staff attend him and provide all support necessary for him. I highly recommend this place and see you soon.

We didn't like the earlier noisy from the street (street renovation at the neighborhood) however the reception staff explained us that even they have not been informed by the district authority.

A wonderful place to stay in the very heart of Madrid. Sparkling clean, cozy and warm, nearby lots of restaurants. The staff is very polite, always ready to answer the questions. We were with a small kid and felt like home. We totally recommend and would stay in Woohoo again once we come back to Madrid.

Situated in a great neighbourhood close to the sights,cafes,restaurants and bars. The room and bathroom are modern and clean. There is a lift! Hosts were welcoming and helpful.

Our room though titled a Junior suite was very small.We had to move a small desk and chair to the bathroom so we could open our suitcases!! There was a window,but light was several stories above! Room 6.

Charming, well-appointed room with a renovated bathroom located in a lively neighborhood. Very friendly staff. I appreciated the free coffee.

The room was so small you could not lay down one carryon suitcase, much less a larger bag. As a result it felt cramped. It's in the heart of Chueca, which could be a plus or a minus: it's a central location with many restaurants and bars, but that also means that the streets are noisy and sometimes very crowded.

The staff were so very helpful. I accidentally booked one night on the wrong date and didn't realize until we were on our way to the hotel. We called, and though the hotel was fully booked, they went out of their way to find space for us at one of their nearby hostels, which was equally as clean and cozy. On top of that, their communication via whatapp was extremely friendly, fast, and contained just the info we needed (not overwhelming). Additionally, the room was great, as was the location. Checkout was at 12 (no rushing!) and they let us store our bags, giving us the afternoon to roam the city.
