For me, the main advantage of staying at this place is the location; it is within walking distance to two of the main metro lines, it has a very nice place in front and is next to a major street. The price was just right, somewhat cheap, but I reserved way in advance.

The room was not as quiet as I expected and the toilet space was extremely tight; it has a small bathtub though. Also, the desk is too big for the room. The bed was comfortable though.

It is well located a couple of blocks from Gran Via; bus and metro within walking distance. Clean and with lots of natural light.

If I have to mention something, it would be the size of the bathroom, and the fact that the shower would overflow, as it didn't drain fast enough

Great location - chueca neighbourhood has so much to offer, yet the room was really nice and silent at night. The bed and room was also really comfortable, and so was the private bathroom. The room did not have A/C but I was fine with it even in summer as the fan provided was more than sufficient. Bathroom was also of a nice size and the shower water heated up quickly! The receptionist on my last day was also really polite and pleasant. I was allowed to store my luggage at the reception from check out until around 7pm, and was given the time and space to get my things ready to head to the airport. I was also assisted with my suitcase down the stairs.

I wish the bathroom also had hair conditioner but anyway I made do! The floor space is also small as I already saw on photos and other reviews, so do take note that there isn't much space besides the big and comfy bed, but I've stayed in other similar hostels in Madrid and I think this one could probably take a large luggage being fully opened on the floor.

Location. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. Clean. Staff helpful. Sounds from the street not too noticeable when windows closed. Small fridge in room with free bottled water.

Entrance hallway floors and stairs & banister covered up; looked like a construction site. Maybe being refurbished... Room lacked any charm but was straightforward and serviceable. A bit noisy when people in nearby rooms talking loudly but generally not bad. Slivers of soap insubstantial.

The location is great. Staying in a traditional Madrid apartment is a great experience for us. There are many cafes, bars and shops near the hotel and almost all attractions are within walking distance. The hotel sent a detailed description of the location and how to get there and map of the metro before we arrived, which was very helpful. The lady in the reception gave us a city map and explained how we can make use of the city better. It was a really nice stay and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Many of the people complain about the noise outside . However, Madrid is a lively and energetic city. We wanted to experience the liveliness of the place, so it wasn’t a problem for us. The walls are a little bit thin, but again it wasn’t a huge problem.

Very good service from everybody at the front desk. With helping with our luggage that didn’t,t make the flight to tourist and restaurant recomendations.

The bed was very small(twin) and eventhough I knew this upfront i miscalculated the size. Making for a too little bed for a couple to sleep in. Most of my lower legs were hanging outside. Just as a warming for people with back problems, the hotel is on the first floor and there are no elevators to raise your luggage. Other than that very good location and close to the centre of the city.

We stayed at 'New Go Inn' for a single night. It is situated close to the famous Gran Via of Madrid. Though the property is situated on a narrow street, it is still accessible by car. The surroundings are generally busy in the daytime but get calmer as the day turns into night.   The hotel looked a bit old, but it was clean. It was located on the 1st floor of the building. The upper floors are only accessible through the staircase. We arrived early in the morning and the receptionist helped us to store our luggage until the check-in time. The room & the bathroom were of sufficient space. They were clean & had good lighting. The room was equipped with a heater, a couple of small tables & a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. Overall, it was a good stay at New Go Inn.

Great location, close to restaurants, cafes , shops, bars and all the main sights. There is also free bus services (001 & 002) around the corner that will take you to all the main locations including La Latina and the train station which is handy. The room was perfect it included a double bed, fridge, TV and kettle. My room was very quiet and there was no street noise. It really is great value and the staff are wonderful especially Julia who was very helpful. I highly recommend New Go Inn if you want a great experience in Madrid.

The location is perfect for visiting the Prado and the Palace. Located an easy walk from the Cibeles bus stop allows easy transport to anywhere in the city. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and so helpful! They directed us to a lovely breakfast spot around the corner. There are multiple restaurants in the area.

I was not aware that there was an annex with additional rooms a few doors down. It wasn't an issue for us, but others should be aware and ask about it in advance.

The staff was super helpful and polite! The room was clean. The location is the greatest!! I truly enjoyed the location next to everything, extremely convenient!

The room was extremely small we couldn't even enter properly , due to its small size. The was no hairdryer and we could hear every little noise surrounding the room. Also the bed was more like a folding bed. I don't think it's suitable for more that 2 nights stay , for a couple..
