The staff were very cheerful and helpful. The whole vibe of the hotel is quite funky but fun. The room was spacious and had many special touches offered.the breakfast room was exceptional ly generous and well organised with food continually replenished. The location is very central, but not in too noisy a location. I

In terms of location, the hotel was perfect. We walked all over the city. There were lots of shops, bars and restaurants around the hotel. Grand Via was a hop, skip and jump away. The room was also very clean and we enjoyed how comfortable it was. Great shower and good lighting. The only issue we had was with rude noisy guests returning to their rooms after a late night and not caring how loud they were talking and slamming doors. For the price of the room, it would have been nice to have a proper Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee sachets. Bathroom amenities were replenished daily and so too were the coffees and teas, with milk and sugar. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we were surrounded by so many other eateries just outside.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary, and even though the staff knew, it would have been nice to have had a card or something special, but we still had an amazing day with whatever we had planned on our own. Huge hole in one of the bath towels.

Air Conditioning worked well (quite important). Good variety of lighting options. Location: It's close to Chueca area, so close to shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool area has periodic mists, which is a good and necessary touch during hot summer days.

This is a European thing, but the bathtub side is not completely covered so the floor outside of the tub is often wet. (It's manageable because a floor towel is provided, but still need to watch out for it) The mattresses are comfortable, but having two twin beds next to each other as a full-size bed isn't fully satisfactory. The view out the window (center atrium) is nothing (except for another room's window), but at least there's natural light.

Location is the best. Next to Cheuca, one of the nicest areas in Madrid and good for explain other areas by foot. This hotel is worth it for that. Rooftop pool area and bar is small but excellent. Staff at the pool bar are nice.

Breakfast is basic but just fine. Rooms are different in a good way but a little worn. Main issue is the pool gets closed for private functions sometime which is a major issue if you’re only there for a few days. If you’ve paid for a hotel with a pool then this really isn’t acceptable.

Amazing location! The rooftop pool was stunning, beautiful sunbeds, reasonably priced food and drinks and of a night time it was transformed hosting a rooftop party. The hotel rooms were exceptional, really clean and had all of the amenities needed. Staff at the hotel were really helpful too. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, if me and my boyfriend go back to Madrid, we will most definitely be staying here, the perfect hotel for a summertime city break.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Great hotel, lovely twin room for two nights in a great location. Reception let us into the room at 11:30am despite 2pm check in time. Clean facilities, comfortable bed, big pillows, slept very well. Had friends next door who mentioned lots of noise in the street at night - We didn't hear a thing. Also, love the rooftop bar and cocktails. Would definitely stay again.

Was a shame the rooftop pool was closed, as would have loved a dip, given weather was wonderfully warm. Otherwise, had a perfect stay.

Would recommend staying here! The breakfast was wonderful, and I think it's a big plus that it's served until 12. The hotel is close to almost everything in Madrid and also located in a very nice area. They have a rooftop bar with a great view and very friendly staff. Not too noisy, and overall, it was just a good hotel experience!

Nothing really. I did get quite hot inside the rooms at night but we just opened the window, and then it was fine.

Hotel has great location in the center of Madrid: we could walk to main city attractions and also there are 3 metro stations in the close proximity to the hotel. There are many cafes and restaurants locate very close to the hotel. Room was very clean, quiet and spacious for 2 people.

Breakfast was not great to say the least. I would not recommend it. There are plenty of great breakfast options outside of hotel in the close proximity.

This was a great place to stay. The room was perfect, fully equipped and very comfortable. There is a roof top bar and pool area which is stunning to use - beautiful views of the city from there. The staff were very helpful and lovely to deal with as they recommended some things to do and see in Madrid. There is a breakfast option which was lovely and there is also a Starbucks downstairs. The location is also very central and is a close walk to the center area of the city. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
