Location was superb. Staff were extremely helpful. Rooftop bar/pool was good fun. Dante on the reception desk suggested we upgrade to a mini suite for our 2nd and 3rd nights. He sold us well! But it was also well worth the extra cost.

The shower in our room (deluxe double) on first night was really bad - difficult to balance temperature and a poor shower head. Shower in mini suite was much better. Kids in rooftop bar/pool area. It felt very much an 'adults retreat' area and there was sign saying no under 14s but some families kept taking their primary school age kids there.

The staff were very cheerful and helpful. The whole vibe of the hotel is quite funky but fun. The room was spacious and had many special touches offered.the breakfast room was exceptional ly generous and well organised with food continually replenished. The location is very central, but not in too noisy a location. I

In terms of location, the hotel was perfect. We walked all over the city. There were lots of shops, bars and restaurants around the hotel. Grand Via was a hop, skip and jump away. The room was also very clean and we enjoyed how comfortable it was. Great shower and good lighting. The only issue we had was with rude noisy guests returning to their rooms after a late night and not caring how loud they were talking and slamming doors. For the price of the room, it would have been nice to have a proper Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee sachets. Bathroom amenities were replenished daily and so too were the coffees and teas, with milk and sugar. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we were surrounded by so many other eateries just outside.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary, and even though the staff knew, it would have been nice to have had a card or something special, but we still had an amazing day with whatever we had planned on our own. Huge hole in one of the bath towels.

The Penthouse suite was amazing with wrap around balcony, pay for it though!

The bar staff at the roof top bar were very quiet, no hello or welcome. Very happy to ignore you, not what you want as a first time customer. Long time to wait on drink. Did not make you feel welcome at all, more like a problem and the service they provide we should be lucky to have. Only on Sunday (last day of 4) the bar tender, Juan, said hello welcome, are u ok, walked about, wanted to help customers with a smile, pity he was not working every day, also the other bar tender that day was happy to serve you too.

The place is stunning, with very comfortable rooms and beds. The position is just 50 meters from the Gran Via, which is the city's central thoroughfare and shopping hub. The building is located next to a very nice walking area and adjacent to the metro station. Nice roof swimming pool with a bar to have a drink and watch the city.

All was okay. Just a very quick comment about the room check-in. The room temperature A/C was super cold when I entered, and it takes all day to warm up the room. Except for this little comment, I would be back in this hotel again and again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The service was warm and professional from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal, just a short walk from all the main sights. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast, fantastic fresh juices and a wide selection of delicious fruits every morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to return!

Lovely modern hotel in great location. Good size room, with large, comfortable bed. Mirrors & plug points where you need them. Good shower. Great breakfast - excellent cake & biscuit selection! Hotel staff all really friendly & helpful.

Not much to dislike! The only minor grumbles would be air con that was hard to get to a comfortable temperature - often ended up too cold. The desk chair didn’t slide under the desk so was in the way & I stubbed my toes on it time & time again! Shower grouting needs cleaning in places.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Madrid, close to shopping streets, great restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The thoughtful gift of pralines was a lovely touch—thank you!

The room would have benefited from additional hanging options for clothes, robes and towels, which would have added a bit more convenience, though this might have been only specific to our room.

Air Conditioning worked well (quite important). Good variety of lighting options. Location: It's close to Chueca area, so close to shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool area has periodic mists, which is a good and necessary touch during hot summer days.

This is a European thing, but the bathtub side is not completely covered so the floor outside of the tub is often wet. (It's manageable because a floor towel is provided, but still need to watch out for it) The mattresses are comfortable, but having two twin beds next to each other as a full-size bed isn't fully satisfactory. The view out the window (center atrium) is nothing (except for another room's window), but at least there's natural light.

Very comfortable beds, well maintained and clean all round. Great rooftop bar for a drink with really friendly staff throughout the hotel. Great location, right off gran via and close to a metro and other landmark locations in Madrid. Thank you all for the lovely stay.

Only negative is we found the room very dark in the evening. The 2 lamps were not sufficient to light the room and would have liked the option of a bit more light.
