Traveling for the first time with our two little babies, our expectations were very low, but this place transformed our experience into a wonderful vacation. The management's pictures on Booking and TripAdvisor are totally accurate, and you will receive your room exactly like that 🤩 The excellent location means you are close to everything you need: attractions, good restaurants, stores, and supermarkets to buy supplies. **Pros:** - Very clean, comfortable, and well-kept spacious rooms. - Plenty of space and a lot of comfort, perfect for families: two spaces, a nice sofa bed, TVs, a washing machine, dryer, oven… You won’t miss any home comforts. - Small balcony with a beautiful view of Gran Vía, a nice extra. - La 14 bar/cafeteria is very convenient, and the food is delicious. - The rooftop bar with live music in the evening on weekends is superb and made our stay stunning. - Cabinets to organize all your belongings.

**Cons:** - Not a big deal, but you pay the price of being on Gran Vía with the noise of the main street. Ambulances and sirens can be heard each night. - I missed a pair of extra pillows.

Just a minor thing but not really something we disliked about the property: we had a phone in the room but it never worked. We reported it but the technician never went to fix it, but again, thankfully we didn’t need to use it

We had a truly wonderful stay, and we cannot thank the staff enough for making our visit so special. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. Every team member we encountered went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, cared for, and had everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference and created a memorable experience for us. Breakfast was very good. A bit different from continental breakfast I'm used to back home in Jersey where there's a larger spread. Was nice to have the restaurant right downstairs open after breakfast.

We weren't aware that only one main item was included with breakfast (I ordered scrambled eggs and avocado toast), and anything additional was charged to the room. The extra price was reasonable, though I anticipated with the purchase of breakfast included in the room cost that we'd be able to enjoy our selection of the menu. Also there was a problem with the heat at first, but maintenance took care of it right away!

There was a great range at breakfast and the apartment was clean and very nice. The pool was also a great addition to our stay. Our apartment was cleaned every day with new towels also brought. The staff were all really helpful and very welcoming. The location of the apartment was absolutely amazing. As a city, it is relatively compact and the apartment was in the center of absolutely everything.

The apartment was quite small for 6 people. The photos were not reflective of the size of the apartment, and it was a little bit claustrophobic in the kitchen area. It is absolutely fine, however for 6 people, it was quite cramped.

The room was spacious and fully furnished. The place was well designed and well fought out for the most part. Service at the reception desk was excellent.

The bathroom did not have enough space to put down one’s toilet articles. This is a common mistake in hotel bathrooms everywhere in the world, and you would think that architects would figure this out, but they don’t. When one uses a hotel bathroom one has a Bag of toilet articles. These include toothbrushes, creams and lotions, deodorant, razors, aftershave, and the like. We need space to put this stuff down. But the bathroom does not have any space to put this stuff down. So we end up moving furniture into the bathroom to give us space to put down our toilet articles. In addition, the sink splashes water everywhere. Something to think about if you redo the places or make new rooms. Make enough space for people to bring in their toilet articles thank you.

The breakfast was good. The location is perfect. People were very friendly and nice. They even brought us a bottle of cava and a cheese plate when we arrived.

We traveled with son 10 yrs old and he slept on the fold-out sofa in the living room. So when its opened and a person sleeps on it, you can't get from the bedroom to the bathroom at all. This is absolutely uncomfortable. You need to wake up a person and to fold a sofa bed in order to go to the shower or to the toilet in the middle of the night! Nobody warned us about it. So in fact these apartments are NOT suitable for three or four people, as they write on the website.

Modern small apartment, we had a suite on top floor. Good little kitchen, including fridge, freezer, washing machine and small dishwasher. No microwave though. Right on the main street in central Madrid, so we could walk to most places of interest. Hop on touris bus stop outside the front door and a small supermarket nearby. A convenient bar on ground floor.

The outside terrace for our suite was ok, a little strange having a bath outside? Privacy wasn't ideal, however, as we could see and hear people on adjoining terrace. Also, noise from the rooftop terrace/bar above. We found the bed less than ideal, double size rather than queen, not super comfortable, and pillows were thin. Definitely something they need to improve.

The location is amazing. It is right in the middle of Madrid and very close to Gran Via Metro, which made it very easy to access from Atocha station. Once there you can walk everywhere. We found we didn't need to use transport during our stay. The apartment is stylish and modern, with extremely comfortable beds, including the sofa bed which our children slept on. This was easy to use, large and very comfy. The pool is stunning and absolutely gorgeous! What a treat! We loved this so much! Plenty of shade or sun depending on what you prefer! The staff were all really helpful and incredibly polite, helping us to feel very welcomed during our stay. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Madrid!

Great location, walking distance to all major attractions & museums, or metro very close by, lots of restaurants & shops in the middle of Gran Via, very convenient. Room & hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, modern. Rooftop terrace very pretty, great view. Breakfast was very nice & more than we expected. Had a small issue with the shower drain clogging & water acummulated on bathroom floor, was repaired very quickly.

Pull-out couch was not very comfortable to sleep on for 2 adults. Terrace was closed one evening for a private event, which was disappointing, & pool is very small & was crowded with no available seating.
