Excellent position in Madrid. Metro and bus stops nearby. Lots of storage space and personal safe for valuables. Smart little enclosed terrace with lots of tropical type plants.

Lucky there was a lift as it’s on the sixth floor. Temporary air conditioner was provided and worked a treat as the room one had failed.

The location is excellent,centre of the city,very neat,the people working thier are welcoming,easy access to transportation, and veryy secured,i really enjoyed my stay

Staff incredibly kind and helpful, bathroom clean and straightforward, bed was comfy and the AC helped with temperature control for sleep. I could have slept all day in there! Perfect location in the city too. Would definitely stay again.

Whatever fragrance they use in the bedrooms is a very strong and headache inducing; running the air helped move it along a little. Wifi could have been faster.

The best Thing about the hotel is its location and the receptionist. She is very supportive and informative

It is a safe place, right by the Gran Via. The building has 6 floors and has a group of individual hostels. Overall, the owners were nice, but are not flexible to change. We stayed for 10 nights and wanted to have 2 beds instead of a queen. They could not accommodate my needs. I asked if they had an iron, they did not have one, so I used the hair dryer to iron my clothes. A concierge opened the main steel doors after 10pm with a pass from our hotel so I felt very safe. But unfortunately, my husband got pick pocketed on our first day in Madrid walking to the hotel with our luggage by a gypsy. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Rooms are very small!!!

Great location, nice building. Loved the conservatory area. We were facing away from Gran Via, so it was really quiet.

The room was very small for two people.
