Location was perfect. Small boutique hotel with helpful and attentive staff. The rooms were small but well equipped and comfortable. There was bit of noise at night from the casino right in front of our window but not terrible.

Rooms are a bit small for more than one person and with luggage.

Fabulous location - close to shops and transport. It was nice to be able to open the window to get fresh air. Modern bathroom.

My (12yo) son had some trouble getting up and down the top bunk - the ladder was a bit flimsy.

A fantastic location. The breakfast was excellent & well worth it. Quiet, clean & well appointed rooms which have been recently renovated. The staff were very friendly & super helpful with sorting out some additional bookings for us over the phone. A beautiful property.

Whilst the mattress was very comfortable, the bed was quiet narrow & small. A double by Australian Standards.

It didn’t bother me but there was a little noise from the street. Worth it for the location. Floor boards in the room were squeaky but added to the character. Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been nice.

The staff was fantastic. Always that we needed help they were very helpful and accommodating. The location is also excellent: close to the bakeries and restaurants that we wanted to try in Malasaña and Chueca, but also well connected with the Metro and bus options. The hotel.vibe is also very good. Highly recommended.

The hotel keys kept "de-magnetising" continuously, which was a pain. Everything else went better than expected!

Room was very small for two people

Location is great & centrally located for all the major tourist sites. There are also very interesting neighborhoods nearby. Most of the staff were great, but the one individual who checked me in seemed a little less friendly.

While it might be expected that most hotel rooms in European urban centers are small, this room was quite small. Also, the walls, doors and floors are very thin, so creaking floors in adjacent rooms made it sound like someone was in the room. Also, when neighboring guests would return to rooms, could easily hear their conversations in the hallway.

Amazing location, room was clean and had everything I could need, and it was surprisingly quiet for the location which was great when it came time to go to bed. Perfect sized room for a solo traveller.

Room might have been a bit small for two but I didn’t care as I was travelling alone.

With the exception of a mishap with the booking system that allowed it to book non-available rooms, it was all excellent. The front desk representative fixed everything and I got my room. The location is excellent. The service at the cafe is very good, and overall it was a very good experience. I’d go back.

Our room with terrace was great! Perfect for late afternoon and evening drinks listening to the sounds of the city. Room very comfortable and a nice fit out. Great breakfast selection. Great location to explore Madrid
