The room is modern and very nice. Location was just great!

I thought there was an elevator all the way to the level of my room. I was at 502 and I had to take the stairs up each time from the 4th and had a hard time carrying my suitcases to and from the room. Otherwise, the experience was great

One of my rooms ( number 403 ) smelled of cigarettes. also quality of beds and pillow shall be improved,

It was a great location in the city, was close to everywhere we needed to be. Cleaning staff came in every day and cleaned up, it was an unexpected level of service! Comfy beds, clean!

We did not have air conditioning in our room. We did have a fan, which was fine, but would have preferred aircon. Would be really helpful if the rooms had a mini fridge? Simply because it got so hot and we couldn’t keep water cold, for example.

Ideal location, easy to get to from the airport (it is around 5 min walk from the 203 bus stop). Very clean both the room and the building. Easy access and user friendly instructions in order to enter the premises since there is no actual reception.

The location was really close to the center, the room was very clean, they clean the room everyday. We had virtual keys (I liked this feature a lot, not having to interact with anyone and being able to check in and out easy). We received mini shampoos and shower gels. After 10pm there is a doorman that makes sure you actually live in the building (so it is a very safe place to stay). We had everything that we needed like towels, hairdryer, etc.

There was a lot of noise (I think the walls are really thin) like moving furniture noise (not music or anything like that), but after exploring the city we got really tired and slept through it. The blanket was placed between 2 sheets like a sandwich.. instead of being tucked in a duvet cover so everytime we used the blanket it was a disaster. We had to arrange it so we covered ourselves with the first sheet, then the blanket and then the upper sheet.. and making the bed in the moring was impossible. We felt bad for the cleaning lady that had to deal with that so we put up the dont disturb sign 2/4 days hoping to spear her of fighting with the covers.

Accommodating staff. They changed my room after my request to have a desk. We moved in a different room the second day.

The first room was tiny, and there was no AC, so it was very hot some days. The fan was okay, but an AC would have been better.

Its very cozy, amazing very clean surpass my expectations, its a cutting edge place !

I faced some issues With my internet and the booking it’s just online, I feel a lack of a human interactive to help me to solve the problem

The room was a bit small to have 2 luggages open.

Hassle free check in and check out. The bigger rooms were amazing.

The small double room was not good with a terrible noisy Fan. I would suggest to remove the fan from the room and install AC like other rooms.

Centre . No staff but the staff was very fast to respond your enquiry . I was happy with that 👍

Was good with everything maybe add a full length mirror would be nice and a kettle as well. But still we are good with everything
