The location is amazing. Near to everything a tourist wants to see in Madrid, in a very vibrant area full of shops and restaurants. Five minutes walking distance from 3 key metro stations in 3 directions. My Madrid Travel Pass was wasted as I did not need to take the Metro at all, walked everywhere.

A huge goofup on the part of the hostel was to send my crucial checkin information in Spanish only, 24 hours before checkin. My repeated emails asking them to send English translation was not responded to until 36 hours later, by which time I was forced to request some strangers to translate the message for me so that I could check in. Given that this hostel has an unmanned checkin system, this kind of goofup and delay in response in inexcusable and could have resulted in my getting locked out and unable to enter the premises at all.

Excellent staff, very clean, good location. Very accommodating. We were there for a week so we picked the largest room they had. Lot's of space. Even though staff isn't there 24/7 anytime we called they assisted us right away.

I was in the large interior room, so the natural light wasn't that great. When you open the window to the inner corridor you can see the family in an apartment a few feet away. But I wouldn't mind staying again.

Great location, right were things happen and close to walking distance to museums and sightseeing spots. Exceptional cleaning, it's been a while since I last saw something like this at a hotel. Thanks Leo and colleague, you guys were super attentive, welcoming and made a super positive impact in our stay ♡

The street is a bit busy on weekends. we stayed for eight nights, and one of them was too annoying to handle. It was a Saturday night. We were fully prepared to go through the same thing the following weekend, but it seems to be a very specific event. That's the downside of having a super centric location, it's expected.

Excellent location close to stores, shops, and attractions. Parking garage is available literally across the street.

Amazing location next to Gran Via, one minute walk to the metro station and ten minutes walk from the bus stop to the airport. Walking distance to all main attractions but still quiet. The hotel is simple but very clean, with a comfy bed, good shower, toiletries, TV and fridge. The room is very dark and cool with good air con. Check out at 12pm is good. It has everything you need for the price. Good lockers to leave belongings before or after check-in/out - this is a free and secure service just one euro deposit! There's no staff or reception but the staff are so quick to respond with any advice or help via messaging which is great. The cleaning team seemed friendly.

There could be another mirror in the bedroom. There was some noise in the late morning from outside but it is expected in a busy city.

Best value for money. You are staying minutes from Gran Via. This is not a hotel but rather a Hostel with private rooms. I needed a place to sleep between my flights, so this one seemed to be perfect. Property is very clean. If you book budget room it looks more like a closet, very small, but you find the measurements at the website and they are correct, I was ready for it. New and clean bathroom (also tiny), but there is everything you might need from extra blanket, shampoo to tea kettle and tea/coffee bags and even a small fridge. Hostel doesn’t have reception, but staff is very prompt if you send them message via booking.com. Can only recommend a great cheap place to stay for a few nights and rest. Pay attention they have bigger room types.

There were somethings broken in the room (like table lamp) but I even didn’t bother myself to ask the staff. But I’m sure everything would be quickly fixed. Also indeed walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. But you pay so little for such a great location, so that wasn’t an issue for me.

Right in the heart of Madrid's old town in one of the most vibrant, fun parts of town. The hotel let us leave our bags in a secure locker before our check in time. The hotel doesn't have full time staff but everything worked perfectly with good communication. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom had a walk in shower. A good size for this part of Madrid on a budget. We arrived the night before Madrid Pride so the whole area was crazy busy and in full-on party mode. Despite this the noise was not a problem at all.

The room was a decent size, and the bed / pillows were memory foam, so comfortable. The shower was great with shampoo and shower gel. We were delighted that they cleaned the room daily, made the beds, and provided fresh towels (not required every day, though). It's more like a hotel service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes from Gran via. The windows had double doors so you couldn't hear the noise from the street. Digital access, so there is no key to worry about. Lockers to store your luggage in on the last day. 1 euro refundable. Mugs, tea, coffee, and sugar provided. No glasses. Small fridge. Check out at 12 noon, brilliant!

The internal walls were thin. White noise needed to block it out a bit. You had to slam the doors to close them so they made a noise. The last day we left our luggage, but the door code didn't work after 12 noon, and luckily the front door was open and we managed to get the attention of the staff.

A lodging that's strategically located within walking distance of La Gran Vía, Parque del Retiro and many other attractions. Self check-in was increibly easy as was self check-out. They also provide a luggage storage option so you can hold your bags while you continue to sightsee after check out. The room itself was cozy and had everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to Madrid for a couple of days!

The room was nice and clean. We were received by a host that told us we’re to store our luggage in case we needed it. The process to get to the room from the main entrance was straightforward with the passcodes given.

The room was a bit small, but maybe because we left our bags in the room and not in the storage :)
