The location was great, we could easily reach many places to visit in the city by walking. We did not have any problems with the cleanliness of the room, the beds and the bathroom-toilet. There was always a staff member at the reception. Reception staff Miguel and other female staff helped us a lot. They provided full support not only regarding hotel accommodation but also on our travel and transportation plans, I thank them very much. We felt safe during our 4-day stay. Air conditioning was working well. Since we did not receive breakfast service at the hotel, I cannot comment on this.

It would be better if there was a small table and chair in the room. The wardrobe was quite sufficient. While I was researching for a reservation, I saw among the comments that "there is noise outside in rooms facing the street". However, our room was facing the street and we did not hear any disturbing noise when we closed the window. The hotel's payment system made me nervous at first, but I saw that this was an empty worry. A reliable and friendly hotel.

Location is perfect, room had all you need, no more and breakfast was short walk and tasty

The club was next by and during the night the party lasted until 5 am, not too bad but i was affected by the noise.

The location was great. We were able to walk to lots of shops. The downside was the noise at night. There were bars and restaurants right next door. There wasn't a lot of privacy if you wanted to have your curtains open. We did only stay here one night, which served our purpose (close to airport). I liked we could drop our bags prior to check in. We also had the option of purchasing a breakfast. The front desk staff was very nice.

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge or microwave in the room. The beds could have been a little more comfortable. We had some difficulty using the elevator, as it was partially broken and weren't told that initially.

Location was excellent. Right on the spot. In the middle of all the points of interest. Very polite staff. The shower was great. And the location, location, location…

In the room for three, some things were prepared as it was for just two people. The cards for the elevator and doors unlocking malfunctioned several times. The refrigerator did not cool enough.

The room was very comfy and the location couldn't be better: right in the city centre. The room was very clean and had everything that might be needed. The breakfast in a neighbor restaurant is such a great option!: very tasty and at the main square. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can leave you luggage in the hotel reception for free when you don't want to carry them with you, that was great!

The doors seemed to be made of paper, you can hear literally EVERYTHING your neighbors do :-/ Remind of taking your earplugs when you want to stay there for a longer time and have a proper sleep (I remove 1 point for that - can't find any other negative points).

Room was well cleaned every day. It was also very quiet during the night, because the window is into buildings interior. But that's actually better then window leading into main noisy or stinky Street. Air condition worked well and quite quietly.

Breakfast is around the corner on main road in La Espana. It is almost only fried stuff, so if you prefer something healthier, do not order that at hotel and choose the local bar according your style. In the morning you will also sit in between vans unloading the goods, which is not that cool but local. In the room there is no hook for hanging anything, but that's really a detail.

The location was great. We walked everywhere. The reception was friendly, and the rooms were clean. We appreciated the complimentary waters stocked in the fridge. The value was great!

The rooms were very basic. We rented a three person room, and it was a bit cramped. It would have been nice for there to be a counter top in the bathroom. Still, we so much appreciated the location and the value that we would recommend this hotel!

Excellent location, just off of Gran Via metro stop. Staff were superb, answered all questions I had. The room was clean and tidy and there is water provided in a mini fridge which was a pleasant surprise but very welcomed due to the heat during my stay.

The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbours quite clearly if they aren’t quiet and considerate. The property is also located next to a nightclub and it did get loud. If you’re a light sleeper it’s best to bring ear plugs.

The location is pretty central and close to major attractions and lots of restaurants. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room we had was Jordania and was beautiful. Loved that each room is themed to a country.

There is lots of noise outside but I knew that due to location would be happening. Just wanted to point out to anyone else staying that due to location there will be outside noise at all hours

The location was great, the room was nice and clean, always had necessities like clean towels and toilet paper.

Room was missing a table and maybe an extra chair. We did ask the staff and somehow got a mini table, but for three people we wish there was more space to leave things, sit not on the beds, etc.
