That there are no keys so all 4 of us could come in or out whenever they want The location is more that best. There is 24/7 Carfour several steps from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and nice.

I didn't like the explanations how to find the apartment. it is good to be clarified that the apartment 2 is on the second floor. And the only minus is that it is veeeeery noisy durung the night. Maybe the owner could think about some isolation. We could'n sleep well. And there was no soap in the bathroom.

The location was just perfect . Just a heads up if you don’t like noise at nights then it will not be a place for anyone to stay . I didn’t mind the noise but do know there are people that get bother by the noise.

The property had a weird smell like mariguana ; sent a text and the response was delayed. After a while the smell went away . Seems perhaps previous guests had been smoking ; not sure but it was very strong smell . Thankfully after a few hours when we came back at night the smell was less or gone.

The apartment was simply gorgeous! Beautifully decorated and honestly super chic. We stayed in February and with under floor heating, super warm. Very well equipped with towels and stunning toiletries, even bathrobes! This location is as Central as it gets with both Gran via and Sol just around the corner. A 24/7 Carrefour literally seconds away and so many restaurants and cafes all around. We stayed here with our children and the sofa bed was super comfy for them and the pillows honestly felt like clouds. An absolutely stunning stay!

Nice apartment, clean and modern in the centre of Madrid.

Unfortunately there was a lack of communication. I had to call and message from the door until I received the codes to be able to enter the apartment . The WiFi code was provided hours later. My previous messages were never answered.

Super central location, luxurious feel to the apartment.

Because of the location, it is very noisy at night, goes into 4-5am on weekends. Definitely bring earplugs. Checkout was a bit of a nightmare as you check out in a tour company shop and there was a customer who took 40 minutes to go through their itinerary. Would be better to have a drop box for check out rather than waiting in queue to drop keys.

The property and location are great, especially if you want to be in the middle of the action! We loved the garden that was planted that pretty much covered the entire outside walls of the building. The room was exquisite, better than we were expecting.

The only negative I have is that the city center doesn’t sleep! It was difficult to sleep because of the noise, and the room was pretty much right on the street. But it definitely won’t deter me from renting there again!

- very loud, especially at weekend nights. - some sokets were defect (e.g. at the bed) and need repair. - WIFI code didn't work at all. We contacted the owner several times wirhout solution of the problem. We tried 4 different devices.

The host was exceptionally friendly, flexible, helpful and comprehensive, my parents (2 seniors) arrived very late (midnight) and could enter the accommodation without complications. Thank you very much for adapting to your customer's needs.

The kitchen has some cooking tools but not cleaning tools, we have to go out and get them ourselves
