The location is absolutely perfect in the heart of a city. Everything was close, metro station, Atocha train station. The room was just for our needs, lot of small details that make your life easier. There was always something to eat in the kitchen, coffee, tea. Refrigerator with space for the room. We stayed 6 nights and really enjoyed the stay. The communication with owner was effective and we had a good feeling.

If you are not a city type you might find the place very noisy, even during the nights. We slept with open window, but I sometimes closed it when it bothered me during night. Once you close window, there are also wooden inside window wings and when you close them, you have total dark and noise comes down to minimum level. There is aircondition that you may easily operate. We accepted the noise as it comes with the location in the cetre of a city.

The location is incredibly central—right between the Sol and Gran Via metro stations. So many things are within walking distance. For food and supplies, there are two supermarkets just a 2-minute walk away. Alba is a fantastic host—always quick to respond, solution-oriented, and very friendly. The partnership with Locker & Be Free, just 3 minutes away, gives guests a discount on luggage storage. Super convenient! The room size was just right (we stayed in Room No. 1). Coffee and small snacks in the common area were always well-stocked. We’d love to stay here again next time!

One of the best locations if you'd like to stay downtown Madrid, 5 to 7 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, while Plaza Puerta del Sol is just 150 m away. The room is romantic and cosy, and easy to reach on foot from taxi stop, bus stop or metro. The staff offers cookies and other tasty snacks for free in the shared kitchen. Each room has its own numbered space in the fridge and the kitchen are easy to use. Coffee and tea are for free, which is a nice touch as well. It is an old but recently renovated building. We did not hear the people in the neighbouring rooms, but despite the proper windows, some sounds from the street might reach your room. There are two supermarkets on a minute or two walk, and great takeaways for those who wish to cuddle up in the room. The building and area feels very safe. Do note that you are in the centre of Madrid, so once outside the building it can be very busy with people.

From the minute I received communications about my stay I knew it was going to be good, Alba was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with my room was lovely and clean, the common area with coffee and basics was a bonus! They even treated guests staying with some nice Christmas Day treats which I thought was really special as I was spending Christmas on my own there. This is my first time in Madrid and I will re-book again for the end of my month long trip in Spain!

Nothing it was wonderful

The location is perfect.Very close to Piazza del Sol ,in the center of Madrid,and also nice area.Everything is nearby.Noisy area but the app.is on4th floor ,it has modern windows which we had close ,so there was no problem.It is well decorated with a big common Kitchen with fruits ,sweets tea and coffee ,so you feel comfortable when you first get in the app.The room was warm with a/c.The owner speaks english ,which is rear in Spain ,and was professional.I strongly recommend the app.

The room was cute but rather small without a closet.They asked us extra money to leave our baggage.But it was a very good value for money

Quiet, comfortable room with everything one needs when staying a couple nights in the heart of the city. That means a good night sleep (good mattrasses, airtight windows) in a cool room and with a cup of good coffee in the morning. Very kind and responsive staff. When by accident we left our keycard in the room, we were helped within minutes with an easy procedure to enter our room.

Nothing serious, but the motion sensors for the bathroom lights sometimes spontaneously got triggered, which made the lights turn on in the middle of the night from time to time. There are windows in the bathrooms, so this woke us up a couple times. When we reported this problem, we very kindly helped with an easy workaround.

Everything was great . The location wouldn't be better in the middle of everthing , between Sol and Gran Via the most 2 commercial places in Madrid , 2 minutes walk from Sol metro station , the hotel is very clean , and Alba is amazing she is very responsive and very helpful , i was lucky to meet her in person , she gave me a transportation card to charge and use , a lot of restaurants with different cusines are around , I really enjoyed my stay and definitely I will stay there again

A TV in the room would be an advantage . The light in the room to be stronger

It was a great stay. Alba was a great host and sent us instructions over email and WhatsApp as well as recommendations for restaurants and activities. The place was clean and comfortable, but the shower drain was a little bit slow, but not a big deal at all. There were cookies and mini muffins in the kitchen. Kitchen has a microwave and fridge but no stove or oven. The location was incredible and it was a great stay. Highly recommend.

Very very cute accommodation! Super central. We really enjoyed staying here. The common area is a very nice touch; there’s a long kitchen table in the main area and there’s coffee/tea available to make (nice coffee too!). It felt quite homey and relaxed, compared to common areas of bigger hotels/accommodations. The room is quite small but is very nicely decorated and for a few nights, it’s more than adequate, especially given how central it is. It’s self check-in and the instructions sent for self check-in were very easy to follow. All communication with host was through WhatsApp, and they were super friendly.

Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared with care by the host. The location is unbeatable, just a few meters from Plaça del Sol. Breakfast, snacks and drinks always available… this definitely made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a truly positive experience!
