Location was fabulous...just off a busy street that does not allow cars where there are multiple cafes and restaurants. There is a rooftop restaurant that offers great food as well. We were within walking distance to the Royal Palace and Cathedral. I would recommend booking tours as they sell out quickly. The Palace is free between 5-6pm but only to residents of Spain. Hotel is super clean and they gift each room with waters and breakfast pastries each morning. Bed was very comfortable and quiet even though it is located on a busy street. Staff was friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for the location, comfort and value!!
Nothing! be aware that the hotel sign is small and located right next to a restaurant. You must enter a long hallway and will see the door. They offer a room key (plastic card) that gives entrance to the front door, elevator and room. It is a super safe area. Taxi's will drop you off at the corner and will point to the direction. Look for a green neon sign for B &B Hotel.

Mukemmel Konum tam merkezde yer alıyor.
When I checked in at 16.00 on June 19, I was not happy with the man at the reception. I could not open the door. I rang the doorbell many times. He came and opened the door and shouted at me to open the door like this.Later when I handed him my passport, he said "oh" in Turkish and shook his head and showed a derogatory attitude. That man was constantly angry and aggresive and looked down on me.It is surprising that such an aggressive and angry person in a hotel in Madrid. the capital of Spain. The hotel was very nice I was happy, I was just not happy with the man at the first entrance, I did not like this behavior.

Location was perfect central to the whole cit. 2 metro stops close by and everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We couldn't hear any noise from outside or from neighbouring rooms. Loved the food/drink station downstairs & the bag of goodies on the door daily very helpful of rushing out for the day. The rooftop bar was fab too and not too expensive. Concierge we're very helpful/polite and were able to store our luggage on arrival for several hours whilst our room was being prepared and also on our last day u til we checked out at 5pm.

+ All reception staff spoke English and were incredibly friendly and helpful + The location is fabulous - just avoid the Carrefour Express across the Hotel - it's a tourist trap. It's right at the Plaza del Sol and its Metro. Bonus for having a police station just a few meters away. + You get a little water bottle and a sweet snack every morning - I enjoyed that very much + The room was identical to the provided photos. You can hear some noise outside, but that's a given in the city center + The bed was super comfy.
- Although the cleanliness-score is high, our first room was dirty. We immediately got another room which was okay - not terrible, but not what I would have hoped for. - I didn't pay attention, but this "bed and breakfast" has no breakfast. There is a little room with free coffee, juice and cookies which makes up a lot though. - The weekend price is harsh.

Excellent location and one of those cool "hidden in plain sight" kinds of front doors to the point you'll want to know what restaurant it's on top of as the hotel door itself is not obvious-but I like that as it adds to the secure feeling. The decor of the hotel was excellent, a beautiful rooftop bar, and step outside the front door and you're in the heart of it all. Like everywhere in the core of Madrid, do not plan to drive a personal vehicle, you will either take the excellent subway system, or the also-excellent short-distance Renfe Cercanias trains which gets you to within a 3 minute walk of the hotel. The free food/coffee in the basement eating area was good and excellent considering it's free price.
Nothing to dislike!

Location was in the heart of the chaos. As soon as you step outside, you’re met by hundreds of people walking down the street. It was close to a couple metro stations if you needed to get out of the area. Most things you wanted to do were in walking distance. The royal palace and plaza mayor were fairly close. There was a coffee machine, tea, snacks available 24/7 and free, which was nice if you needed any of that.
We weren’t able to figure out how to use the AC/heat. There was a thermometer on the wall, but nothing ever kicked on. We needed to open the windows at night for it to cool down and that didn’t help that much. If it were in the middle of summer then it’s possible we would have been far too hot to stay.

The hotel was perfectly located, a few hundred meters from Puerta del Sol with many restaurants and shops close by. The room was comfortable, with a large, comfy bed and the soundproofing was great. There was a musical festival on the square and the music did not keep us awake once the windows was closed. The 'breakfast snacks' delivered outside your door every morning was a nice touch. The receptionists were always very friendly. The rooftop bar was a great spot for drinks.
I was not a fan of washing basin inside the room, but it we got used to it. I would have like to have another waste bin in the room and not only in the bathroom.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Madrid only 1 minute walk from Puerta de Sol and it is very well connected with the public transport (Metro, train). The hotelroom was very clean, although a bit compact but it is practical for business travellers. The personnel itself very helpful to any kind of request.
The hotel does not provide breakfast, but it is possible to have coffe, juice or even some fruit or bisquits in the basement, where there is a kitchen accessible 24/7.

Right on the edge of the square (puerta del sol) is in a pedestrian area and surprising quiet. Was exactly the kind of place I was looking for, very functional and central.
It can be quite difficult to find as in the pedestrian zone our airport taxi driver was completely lost. Much easier to be dropped off on the edge of the pedestrian zone and walk from there. Very small entrance, but if you find the hotel Europa on the square just navigate from there.

Very clean with Modern decor. Enjoyed the 24/7 lounge with free refreshments and fruits. Excellent location being 2 minutes walk to Puerta do Sol. Location is very lively with lots of shops and restaurants.
No car access on the street in front of hotel. Cars can drop you off about 100 meters from hotel. The hotel sign is very small so can be difficult to find at night. The long corridor to the hotel lobby is located next to C & Tapas Restaurant.
