The unit is very spacious and the location was outstanding.

Overall, for the price, the properties looking fairly worn down. We were only supplied with two coffee pods and no tea for two nights stay for two people. Kind of a silly thing to be stingy on for the cost of the property, also seemed stingy on linens and supplies. Cleanliness could be improved.

The location is great. It is in the very heart of Madrid downtown.

The furniture inside the flat is the cheapest possible. We stayed 4 days and there were only three coffee capsules which is very cheap for the money you pay! When we checked out we wanted to leave our luggage in the lobby or anywhere else in the building which the cleaning boy said is impossible so we had to carry suitcases around Madrid for couple of hours. When I contacted the call center (3 times) to discuss the issue with the luggage, there was nobody speaking English and they just hang up. In short great location with not that great service!

Great apartment - very spacious, modern and really central. Chueca is a superb area with everything you need close-by. The road is quiet, yet you are right by the Grand Via, convenient for all the main sights. The management were very responsive to our request for a couple of extra towels and wine glasses!

Not much that we didn't like. Kitchen is minimally stocked. More glasses, dishes, cutlery would be useful. Entry into the property upon arrival was via a property code, issued on the day of arrival. The instructions suggested downloading an App, which was not needed but helpful. The instructions for using the keypad at the entry door were also not clear - there are 2 entry pads and it is the bottom one that should be used.

The apartment is spacious specially the living area is huge. It is super neat and well laid out. The location is just at Gran Via, the supermarket Dia is near and so are several good restaurants. Oven Mozeralla is one of them. Overall, a fantastic experience and certainly a highly recommended property.

The only improvement could be size of double bed as it is not enough for two people. The address has to be asked earlier to reach there as it is not shared automatically till last moment. The code to access the apartment is also shared by mail in the very last hour before checkin.

Apartment is comfortable and was spottles when we arrived. Very well equipped - all utilities you can think of are available. Location is great, there are many shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants nearby. You get a link to open main entrance door and apt door on a buton click - very nice and easy

Slow suites work sort of outside of the booking and process was a bit confusing. We had to register through their website and pay in advance to keep the reservation, check in, etc.. For some reason, their website doesn't show a button to confirm the reservation on desktop browser, so it has to be done using phone browser. Regardless - it's no-contact process and everything worked out perfectly in the end. Wife really didn't like that there's no mobile shower head, only the fixed one on top. Terrace was a bit messy, wind moves those carpets and some of the chairs are not in the great condition. Considering everything, we found it slightly overpriced

Location is excellent. Plenty of places to have dinner, lunch or buy groceries. The apartment is spacious for European standards. Has two bedrooms with queen beds and a big living room with a TV with all sort of channels. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine ... We didn't cook a single meal but why would you with hundreds of restaurants around

It is complicated the system of self check-in if you can't leave your suitcases when your plane arrive very early. Leaving luggage in a locker somewhere is not the most practical thing. I called them and they helped us with early check-in and check -out one hour late. There are no meals included. It's an apartment where you interact with a phone number they answer 24/7

The decor and interior of apartment of 2 bedroom [penthouse] very clean and midern. Of very high standards. The location is absolutely superb! Everything is walking distance or a bus or metro ride away. Perfect location. And I'm a light sleeper. No outside noise! Supermarket next door and the hop off and hop on big bus company bus stop is stop 6 and right near to Gran Via station. You are right near to loads of bars/restaurants and city centre. Highly recommend and we will return back here on our next visit

The apartment was incredibly spacious and very well located. We we able to walk to all central locations and also very close to several metro stations for when we needed to go further afield.

We rented a 3 bed apartment. The third bedroom looked out on to the street an experienced quite a bit of noise from outside and also neighbours next door. Some written instructions about the apartment would have been helpful. We used the virtual assistant but was a bit clunky and impersonal.

The location was exceptional, within walking distance to many major attractions, including the art galleries, the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The apartment was spacious and had two well equipped bathrooms. The lounge was comfortable and lots of seating. Balconies for every room were great.

The kitchen did not have an oven or bench space for cooking meals. There was only one socket for appliances.

Very nice and spacious studio downtown Madrid. Quiet at night, we slept like babies.

Communication with non-Spanish customers should be in English! I was not happy with the fact that I did not get the entry codes until 17:00 on the day of arrival. It took several phonecalls to get those, which is not relaxed while travelling. The required online registration is not mobile friendly: good luck for those that travel without a laptop..!
