One floor with lots of rooms, but there're also lots of bathrooms so everyone has space. There're fans in each bathroom. It was clean and nice. There's a place to sit and have rest on the 1st floor. There you can eat breakfast (6,5 euros you can pay at the reception) or just use kettle, microwave or drink water. The staff is lovely, and the location is perfect. Rooms are big. And they give you the locker ( you pay 5 euro, and then they'll give you back after check out). These drawers under the bed are very big, so everything could fit in there. Also the bed is very comfortable and there're curtains so you have privacy, also you will have a towel without extra charge. The reception is 24 hours, so it was not a problem to check out earlier in the morning. I loved staying at this place.

At the shower, there are not enough shelves to put staff or clothes. You have to press the button every 15 seconds to have a shower, but it's common for the whole Spain. Just be ready. It takes time to get hot water, and there's none in the sink, so to wash face or brush teeth, you'll use only cold one.

Breakfast is awful, the worst breakfast I have ever had, won’t have it for free. I have to mention that it wasn’t included but it’s cheap (6$), not even the Coffe was drinkable

I stayed in a 8 bed female only room. Everything was clean, the bed, the sheets, the room, the bathrooms. It was very quiet - i was very lucky to have nice roommates. You can drop off your luggage earlier and pick it up later after check in. Location is 10/10, cant get better than this.

Breakfast is not worth it - stale and old, dont even think about getting it, i felt sick for a day Sinks in the bathroom are not clean because you just cant keep that type of sink clean with that much traffic Shower - you can barely adjust the temp and have to press a button every 30s

The staff were very helpful and communicative. They let me store my luggage before my check in time and after my check out time in their luggage storage room for free, so I can explore Madrid some more. The facilities were exceeding my expectation: comfy bed with block out curtains, spacious storage under the bed (my cabin baggage only occupy less than half of it), clean rooms, and amazing common room. I got the bottom bunk bed, but even with my room mate sleeping on the top bed, the whole bunk bed was very secure with no worrying noise when she moved around.

Unfortunately, there were a group of students staying at the same night as me. They were very noisy and disrespectful in the common areas. Be mindful that this was a rare thing to happen and the staff handled it well because the next night I barely notice them.

Convenient location, clean room, clean bathroom, very polite staff. It is very convenient that there is a 24-hour reception ! I recommend this hostel❤️

I liked everything

I had a great stay at this hostel! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore Madrid's main attractions. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. The main common area was cozy and a great place to relax or meet other travelers. A special shoutout to Gary and Adriana from the staff—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel so welcome. Overall the hospitality truly stood out! I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Madrid and will definitely stay here again.

The facilities were excellent, everything was clean and the towels, duvet and pillow were great quality. The lockers were a nice added touch. There was no noise from the street or outside which was really welcome given it's on Gran Via. The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. And I think they arranged the people staying together well. All the girls in the dorm were really nice and respectful. It was great that they had someone at reception all the time. I could also leave my luggage there for a small cost in a secure space, unlike some places where they leave it open at reception.

There was only one lady at reception who didn't attend to me first and I had to be a bit pushy -- she acknowledged some guy behind me instead and ignored me, so I had to step in and say I had been waiting first. The guy waiting apologised for going ahead of me at least. I needed to catch a train and receive my luggage and had been waiting for the other receptionist who was attending someone else first.

This hostel offers an excellent location ,very near to the metro and bus stations, Especially from MAD Airport Express bus, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff are nice and professional, always attentive and ready to assist with any needs. The ambience is great, with a relaxed and welcoming vibe that creates a comfortable atmosphere. The hostel is clean and neat, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. It also offers nice facilities, ensuring a pleasant stay with everything you need for a comfortable experience

Nothing

The location is just awesome. I felt comfortable and safe in this area even at night. Plenty of markets, shops, transport stops, and restaurants are around. It is close to most tourist attractions. The stuff was super nice and friendly. The room was tranquil, and I loved the little balcony. The bed was comfortable.

There were no tables, chairs, or clothes hangers in the room, so figuring out where to put my winter coat was quite tricky. At least hangers would help. Showers had a lot of hair on the floors at all times, but I guess it's hard to avoid in a big public bathroom where multiple people do their hair. Anyway, shower shoes are a necessity. Besides, I really didn't find the water faucets convenient. You can't even regulate the water temperature because it keeps turning off every 15 seconds.

We have traveled together with my sister and her husband, and stayed in Madrid for 1 night. What we can say.. we are absolutely in love with this place! The location is great, a top central one, you can easily reach all famous locations and attractions by a nice walk. The beds and the pillows are comfortable. Really recommend this place! It is clean, cozy, warm and we felt like a home even for 1 night! The host at the reception Gary is a really great guy! Always smiling, ready to advice and available! We are in love with this place and the city, and for sure we will be back! Thank you! See you soon!

Unfortunately we had to stay only for one night. For sure we will back and enjoy the hotel and the city for a longer period!
