- No microwave & no fridge - The curtains around the upper bed are significantly lower than the ceiling, so if anybody has the light on, everybody on the upper benches will see it

One floor with lots of rooms, but there're also lots of bathrooms so everyone has space. There're fans in each bathroom. It was clean and nice. There's a place to sit and have rest on the 1st floor. There you can eat breakfast (6,5 euros you can pay at the reception) or just use kettle, microwave or drink water. The staff is lovely, and the location is perfect. Rooms are big. And they give you the locker ( you pay 5 euro, and then they'll give you back after check out). These drawers under the bed are very big, so everything could fit in there. Also the bed is very comfortable and there're curtains so you have privacy, also you will have a towel without extra charge. The reception is 24 hours, so it was not a problem to check out earlier in the morning. I loved staying at this place.

At the shower, there are not enough shelves to put staff or clothes. You have to press the button every 15 seconds to have a shower, but it's common for the whole Spain. Just be ready. It takes time to get hot water, and there's none in the sink, so to wash face or brush teeth, you'll use only cold one.

Breakfast is awful, the worst breakfast I have ever had, won’t have it for free. I have to mention that it wasn’t included but it’s cheap (6$), not even the Coffe was drinkable

Great location in the centre of Madrid - the “Airport Express” bus (203), which costs EUR 5 per person, also stops a circa 5/10 minute walk from the hostel so it’s easily accessible from the airport. My partner and I stayed in a private room, which was clean and spacious - the room had a small fridge and a TV. There was an option to have the room cleaned every day. Whilst we could hear our neighbours in the adjacent room a little, the hostel was generally very quiet. Lots of nearby options to get breakfast and coffee in the mornings.

Personally, I found the bed a little hard but that is a subjective view 😊

I stayed in a 8 bed female only room. Everything was clean, the bed, the sheets, the room, the bathrooms. It was very quiet - i was very lucky to have nice roommates. You can drop off your luggage earlier and pick it up later after check in. Location is 10/10, cant get better than this.

Breakfast is not worth it - stale and old, dont even think about getting it, i felt sick for a day Sinks in the bathroom are not clean because you just cant keep that type of sink clean with that much traffic Shower - you can barely adjust the temp and have to press a button every 30s

The rooms were clean. The checkin instructions were clear with locker provided under the bed with a lock from the hostel. The AC was strong which was good but i would have preferred it a bit warmer personally. Although I'm nitpicking at this point. They charged 8 Euros for the breakfast and it was worth it for the food on offer. Great location. My room was internal so didn't face any road noise. The bathrooms had shower gel and handwash in place which many hostels miss. They also provided towels which is a plus too.

Almost nothing. Wishlist- The kitchen area can be made better equipped to share- currently there is a microwave, plates and cutlery available for meals but more facilities can be provided.

The location of the Hostel is amazing, right in the centre. The airport bus also stops a 10min walk away. You have everything close by. The beds are super comfortable, there are curtains on the bunks beds, you get a towel, a locker under the bed with a lock included and two sockets for you bed. The rooms have AC, however you might need to ask at reception for them to switch it on at night. They have a common area with tables for the breakfast but you can use them at all times. Wifi works very well.

The bathroom could do with a clean in the evening and morning but still pretty clean for the amount of people using it. There is no kitchen (I think a microwave and kettle) or fridge.

The staff were very helpful and communicative. They let me store my luggage before my check in time and after my check out time in their luggage storage room for free, so I can explore Madrid some more. The facilities were exceeding my expectation: comfy bed with block out curtains, spacious storage under the bed (my cabin baggage only occupy less than half of it), clean rooms, and amazing common room. I got the bottom bunk bed, but even with my room mate sleeping on the top bed, the whole bunk bed was very secure with no worrying noise when she moved around.

Unfortunately, there were a group of students staying at the same night as me. They were very noisy and disrespectful in the common areas. Be mindful that this was a rare thing to happen and the staff handled it well because the next night I barely notice them.

The hostel is very nice, with excellent Wi-Fi and a great breakfast (although it’s not included). The rooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable, each with a curtain for privacy, and towels are provided. The showers have liquid soap available, and the number of bathrooms and showers is very satisfactory. The hostel also has a great atmosphere and modern architecture. The location is perfect — close to the metro and with easy access to buses to and from the airport.

The main and only problem — and it was the same issue at the other branch in Lisbon — was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers. So, Room00, please read this. The cleanliness in these areas was honestly terrible. I really enjoyed staying with you in both Madrid and Lisbon, but this is something you must pay attention to. I can see you invest a lot to give your guests the best experience, but the bathroom and shower cleanliness was one of the worst I encountered during my trip. I would give you another chance and book with you again, because I believe this is an easy problem to fix. If you improve that, there’s no reason your ratings should be anything less than 10.

This hostel is perfectly located in Gran Via, close to all of the attractions we wanted to try. The staff was very friendly, they were able to solve a problem that we had with our locker within an hour. We were able to let our bags inside and explore the city while we were waiting for the check-in. The rooms are big and comfortable. There are big drawers where you can store your luggage underneath your bed. There’s a blow dryer in the toilet and they also provide you towels for your shower. Theres a communal area where you can sit down and have a hot meal. I really enjoyed my stay.

Fifteen minutes before we were to leave for the check-out, the cleaning lady came in and left the door open while we were in the toilet and all of our belongings were sprawled out on the bed. They start cleaning the side of the people that already left before you, which is fine. But our beds were right by the door and having our stuff out there for anyone to reach wasn’t very nice.
