Great location, very central - despite this, not noisy at night. Overall the apartment was comfortable, and the living room and bathroom were spacious.

Bedroom was small and the bed was not a full size double bed. Bed had a plastic undersheet which meant the sheet kept sliding off. There was not enough space in the bedroom to get dressed.

It s perfect for efficient travelling. The location is really good. We stayed for 4 days and didn t use the metro at all, only by foot and bikes. The apt is very large, with big bathroom and kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. And don t worry about the weird link you have to put your info in.The booking won t take your money twice and everything is safe.

In Spain the majority of apt have wooden floors, which can be lousy at night, like this one. Can t be mad on the loud noise outside,as is a central area and the Madrid never sleeps ;)

Very spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Pretty clean and well equipped. We did however find the beds uncomfortable . It is two single beds pushed together but they kept moving apart and they are also very low on the ground. It was fine but not for everyone. Finally, the shower water was not hot enough and the water pressure is quite low (we stayed on the top floor, it probably matters a lot).

A very spacious apartment, located just a few minutes away from Gran Via. You can find lots of shops closer to the apartment to do all the shopping. Apartment was clean and neat and had all the necessary equipments we needed for our stay.

Nothing much, although I would have loved to have a few English channels in the TV or at least a guide to find the English channels if available.

Perfect location, clean, spacious and reasonable price.

Too complex and time consuming check in process as on top of booking via the Booking.com web page you need to undertake another one using the dedicated system of the company managing the property where you’re asked to fill forms, upload the scans of IDs of all guests, do the payment via dedicated links. This was a bit annoying!

The space of the room, the location and the facilities.

Maybe the aircon, it was controllable in the dining/lounge but not useful for the bedroom. The sounds.coming from above, simple things like sliding chairs across the floor were very noticeable.

Location is amazing! We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment and it was great for 2 couples, the layout of the rooms and bathrooms gives a lot of privacy. We loved the electronic locks, so none of us had to carry the keys. Self check-in is very easy. The beds are comfortable, the showers are spacious. Great experience overall

the location is very good, lost of restaurants and bars, close to the shops. There is a lot of storage place in the apartment, comfy fitted wardrobes. Good distribution of space and nice design.

I could not sleep because you can hear everyone and everything on the building. I understand that this type of old building always have such problem, but tour apartments should have good isolation at least in bedrooms. The couch protectors are not transpirable at all.

The app used for the doors is very easy and clear to use. The apartment was on the top floor, but there is a lift if needed. It was quiet and the apartment was spacious for our group of six. The location is within a short walk off three Metro stations.

The loft that I stayed in was amazing, fully equipped, clean, and with no nose at all. The location is perfect. 2 min. walking to Gran Via, close to many bars and restaurants.

The only negative was that the air-conditioning could not heat the place (high ceiling). And it was a bit cold.
