Great location, very central - despite this, not noisy at night. Overall the apartment was comfortable, and the living room and bathroom were spacious.

Bedroom was small and the bed was not a full size double bed. Bed had a plastic undersheet which meant the sheet kept sliding off. There was not enough space in the bedroom to get dressed.

Central location, easy accessible, the apartment looks better in the pictures, it is starting to show the age.

the apartment door does not close tightly, there are a few mm that have a play even if the door is closed. the bathroom door was forced and could not be closed. the air conditioning had a setting that automatically closed it after a few hours, it must be manually restarted again. i informed the agency, they sent someone who did something for the bathroom door, you had to push it really hard to close. the person on the phone was friendly, unfortunately the person who came to solve the problems could not do anything.

The location was amazing, right in the great of Chueca and close to the metro station. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed, it was big and you had a lot of space. We loved cooking there!

The check in process was a bit hard to understand, and the most difficult part for us is that you had no human to talk to - they only give you a link to a virtual assistant. When we stayed in hotel apartments before, it was really helpful to have a WhatsApp number you can contact if you need anything. Our apartment was on the 4th floor, if I had known about it before I should probably book a different room

It s perfect for efficient travelling. The location is really good. We stayed for 4 days and didn t use the metro at all, only by foot and bikes. The apt is very large, with big bathroom and kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. And don t worry about the weird link you have to put your info in.The booking won t take your money twice and everything is safe.

In Spain the majority of apt have wooden floors, which can be lousy at night, like this one. Can t be mad on the loud noise outside,as is a central area and the Madrid never sleeps ;)

Very spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Pretty clean and well equipped. We did however find the beds uncomfortable . It is two single beds pushed together but they kept moving apart and they are also very low on the ground. It was fine but not for everyone. Finally, the shower water was not hot enough and the water pressure is quite low (we stayed on the top floor, it probably matters a lot).

Great location in the heart of the diverse neighbourhood Chueca! Great interior design! The balcony with view of the whole street is a nice plus!

The elevator felt as if it was passing through "humps" and we sometimes we preferred to use the stairs to the second to last floor instead of using it

A very spacious apartment, located just a few minutes away from Gran Via. You can find lots of shops closer to the apartment to do all the shopping. Apartment was clean and neat and had all the necessary equipments we needed for our stay.

Nothing much, although I would have loved to have a few English channels in the TV or at least a guide to find the English channels if available.

Too complex and time consuming check in process as on top of booking via the Booking.com web page you need to undertake another one using the dedicated system of the company managing the property where you’re asked to fill forms, upload the scans of IDs of all guests, do the payment via dedicated links. This was a bit annoying!

The location is very central. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby, Gran Via only some minutes walk away.

The information how to access the house and apartment should be provided more early. it is not very comfortable to receive the details when you drive with the car through Madrid on the way to the house.

The space of the room, the location and the facilities.

Maybe the aircon, it was controllable in the dining/lounge but not useful for the bedroom. The sounds.coming from above, simple things like sliding chairs across the floor were very noticeable.
