The place is located in the heart of Madrid in La Gran Via street. Very comfy and with convenient and fast access to buses, metro, etc. Beds could be a little bit more comfortable but its ok, I slept like a baby.

They should give guest more independency from the front desk. Keys must be left in front desk as you go outside the building for a walk or trip to the city. There is plenty of new technology to make access to the facility fun, safe, and private.

Fantastic location, just off of Gran Via and a few minutes walk from Sol. The evening/night front desk person when I arrived was very friendly and helpful. Small but serviceable room for one night stay. Heating worked well on a cool winter night. The bed was comfortable. There is an elevator/lift in the building.

As others mentioned, the noise from the doorbell (that is used after the main door is closed for the evening) carries throughout the interior - I brought earplugs and slept fine with them in, but it would have been too loud without them. The water pressure in the shower was very, very low.

My room was small but clean and cozy. Stuff is very kind and helpful. Hostel is located close to many restaurants and close to the main street. 10 steps to the left from the hostel you find a restaurant Puerto Rico, the food is delicious and the prices are very good!

My room had no windows. For me it was not a problem at all since i had just to sleep there, but maybe for someone it is important , so it's good to know in advance.

Hosts were very friendly, had great customer service and are very understanding!! Location is very central and the room had everything you needed, it was super clean! There wasn't a lot of English spoken but I had a work around with Google translate which worked like a treat.

You can hear everything that happens above you and next to you! There isn't a whole lot of noise cancellation. I'd suggest some ear plugs or something noise cancelling whilst you sleep.

The accommodation has a great location, very centric and close to the main stores at Gran Vía. The staff were kind and helpful. I could leave my suitcase until the check in time.

I was confused with the dynamic of “you need to leave your key when leaving during the day” then call every time you arrive to be allowed into the building. It might be just me but I felt a bit insecure about leaving my belongings and valuables and the giving the key to the receptionist.

The location is perfect—right at the corner with Gran Via. You can walk around the city center without the need to take the transport. The room was clean with spacious bathroom.

The room itself was very small but still a good deal price. for You have to wait for someone to open the door, but this is mostly not a problem as they are very fast.

Great location, extremely central, easy to find restaurant or places to have breakfast. Lots of good shopping nearby and a confortable walk to main museums. Great friendly staff available 24 hrs, could leave the luggage and pick it up much later the day of departure, The heating was working perfectly, and great shower. Internet service was fast. Of course it is not a very large room, but the place was great value for money.

Not a fault of the property, there was some construction in the street outside, however, it did not resulted in any noise for sleeping

provided that it's on the economic list, it has a very high cost benefits ratio being on a later small and quite street of the gran via where quite everything is at hand (plenty of restaurants, turistic sites, theaters, public transportation) room large enought for a days stay, clean and well warmed we had room 303 with a large windows looking an unappealing internal court

adding a coffee machine will help the wake-ups

If you want to live in the center of Madrid this is your place! Near bus stop and the train. Primark is across the street. The personal is always sweet and helpful.

Great value for money! The hostal is located in a building that is very close to Granvia. Both our room and bathroom were basic but very clean and comfortable. The reception is open 24/7 and it's possible to leave luggages there after checkout for free.
