We really enjoyed our one-night stay at Hotel Avenida Gran Vía. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the lively atmosphere. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-presented, which made for a relaxing night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. For a short city break, this hotel was a perfect choice and offered great value. We would happily stay again next time we’re in town!

Location wise, you will be staying in the heart of the Party in Madrid. With that being said, calculate your resting time, this hotel is right by the main Avenue so noise is terrible, we couldn't sleep anything. Host are friendly and all rooms are more or less the same. So for us, we had to check-out and move to a quiter hotel out of town. We needed the rest. Other than that, an amazing place. Recommended for the adventure, no sleep souls!!!

Location! It was near Cibeles and other subway stations. There were many restaurants, shops, and touristic attractions nearby. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There's a small cafe on site and you can have breakfast there.

The price was a little high, but this is a very expensive area in Madrid, anyway.

Having stayed before I somewhat knew what to expect. I especially love the centralized location of the hotel. It is walking distance to just about everything. I will be back…again.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the smell of sewage regularly. I do not know whether it is theirs or the city’s, but it is a bit of a drawback when it comes to the property.

Location was superb, steps away from the Gran Via which is one of the main streets in Madrid, easy to get to everything. Puerto do Sol was also just 2 mintues walk and Plaza del Carmen 1 minute away. We would stay in this area again, and even in this hotel if available.

Location is great, almost in gran via but without having that much noise. Bed is comfortable, Reception personal are nice and welcoming, Room is exactly the same than photos.

It smells bad in the reception, an irrigation smell, so intense that hits you as soon as you get there. When I used the heating the same smell in reception starts to get in room,

I stayed here with my teen at Hotel Avenida the hotel room was nice, bright and clean. The hotel is located just off Gran Via. It is within walking distance of almost everything. All Tour buses stop on Gran Via and you can buy tickets from the hotel. There is loads of restaurants and shops near the hotel and The San Miguel Market is about 10 minute walk away. Staff where so nice and friendly especially Michael.

The smell of a cleaning product at the entry of the hotel and the noise coming from the street and from the hallway of the hotel (the cleaning staff started at 9am)

Great location, nice and clean room. Looks exactly like the pictures. We reserved only the room but we tried breakfast in the connected cafeteria and it was good and a fair price.

Nothing much to say, sound isolation between rooms could be better, but it wasn't that bad.
