Perfect location, fabulous view and the most wonderful staff ever. You can walk to anywhere easily. Extremely clean with very nice smell, hot water anytime and very well equipped kitchen for our needs. Whoever works at reception day or night are always happy to share tips and make your life easy- great attitude brilliant people- professional and friendly. We felt safe and looked after.

The sofa and some of the furniture in the sitting area can do with a freshening up ( some items were worn down/ overused). But everything was perfectly cleaned and the bedroom very comfortable.

The staff was soooo kind, I have to thank you especially David, Andres, and all the men working at the reception, they were special. At the bar/restaurant a special thanks to Ramsen. This Smartrent has its strength in these wonderful boys and men working there.

In the corridor unfortunately there is a little bit too much perfumes used

Everything, It was centric the staff were really nice the rooms were great looking out at the beautiful lights in Christmas, the terrace we loved the the DJ the views, I recommened this place to everyone who wants a place like smart rentals, we hope to retun again, We love it and thank you, we had a marvellous time.

I liked everything, the kitchenette was an added bonus loved it, the bathroom was just right enough space for all 2 tv and the interent wifi did not fail no even once, I just loved it all and I go to Madrid every year I just loved the place the restuarant at the top floor food was delicious and no really expensive and we could see all the lights from Gran Via from beginning to end, kthe maid was a lovely personthe taxis were beside the entrance 100 percent to Smart rentals.

Room was clean big and comfortable. It is on the sixth floor with a wonderful view of the rooftops of Madrid. Location of the hotel in the center of the center. Everywhere is a sputum distance of up to 20 minutes maximum. In addition, the kitchen was fully equipped.

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of vegetables at breakfast, but this is a general problem in Spain and not specifically related to the hotel. It's just not customary to eat vegetables for breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its excellent rooftop breakfast offering a diverse buffet and à la carte options, all while enjoying a beautiful city view. The location is unbeatable, right next to Callao metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Our spacious apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a Nespresso machine and even a washing machine. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The only downside was some street noise at night, as we stayed on the third floor.

Perfect location, amazing accommodation, lovely staff.

We didn’t mind at all, but for those travelers who hate noise and confusion I guess it’s not the right property. I’m commenting about this because I have seen reviews about the noise outside, but honestly considering the properties location you’re bound to hear some noise. We loved it!

Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, apartment also well equipped. We found water in the fridge, we appreciated a lot. Location is excellent, next to all theaters and close to 3 metro stations. Around a lots of restaurants and shops, and tall beatiful buildings.

I didn't like a couple of things, just small things that can be easily improved: 1. after the first night, when our apartment was cleaned, the soap we had opened the night before was thrown away. It is not necessary and generate a lot of garbage and pollution. I would suggest to leave the soap if not clearly required to change it. 2. Our children slept on the sofa. When the room was cleaned, the sofa pillows were placed back on the white sheets and pillows used to sleep. Once the bed is opened, I would suggest not to place the sofa pillows back on the bed. The sofa pillows are not washed for every guest and collect a lot of dust. For allergic people it is important to sleep on clean sheets.

Amazing location. Right in the heart of all the action. Step out and you have the choice of restaurants, shops etc. Some people complain about the noise however, with the doors shut you can barely hear anything. Would definitely recommend. Staff at reception are extremely helpful and are there 24/7. Bed a bit small and aircon didn't work properly though. Very well equipped kitchen - one of the best I've used.

Aircon wasn't working properly - kept on switching to heat mode when it should have been cooling. Bed slightly smaller than a queen.

The room was wonderful, cozy, and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and nice. You can have a tasty breakfast with a nice view of the city on Ella, the sky bar. The location is amazing, you won't need to use public transportation at all. Everything was just a few minutes walk. The neighborhood is full of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and everything you might think of. If you need to use public transports, there's several bus stops and metro station nearby, just 3 minutes walk.

It's just worth mentioning that the room was not super quite, but this is the price you have to pay for this central location. Also, waiting for elevator may take forever, especially that there's no service elevator used for staff only. Several time we found staff using elevator with garbage bag and going down to throw it. Even though, we loved our stay and will definitely come back.
