Perfect location. Room was clean. Good shower.

A bit noisy. Elevator was very inefficient: only holds 4 persons at the time and the building is full of hostels, so during the day there’s usually a big line waiting… most of the time just decided to go up 8 flights of stairs.

The hostel is in the heart of La Gran Via. You will find everything you need close to the property; even the metro station is across the street 😁. If you are lucky and get a room with a view (Plaza Callao), you will see people getting together and seeing different shows or mini-concerts. Cecilia is the clerk; she is wonderful, she is a good person and will help you with anything you need.

I have been staying several times at the property and it's a good one. If I have to say something could be that I think it is a little overpriced. Years ago, you could stay in the same property for less.

The hostel is very well located, in the heart of madrid. The room was very clean, as were the bathroom and shower. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly.

The only negative thing is having to pay for you luggage storage the day of check out. (2€/piece of luggage)

The hostel is in a very good location. We were able to walk to most of the places from here. Has a very nice rooftop bar at the top of the building. We were out most of the time, so we barely stayed in the room. Very basic room, but for the value that we have paid, it was good enough. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Very centrally located hotel right on the metro station Callao. If you get a room facing the street you have a nice view of central Madrid. Maybe the cheapest option in the center for a full room. Very good price for what you get.

The stuff only speaks Spanish. It is located on the 8th floor in a building full of other hostels and hotels, but there is a single elevator with a 4 person capacity serving its section of the building. So, you might have to wait in order to use the elevator or use the stairs for 8 floors.

Hostel is very comfotrable and we had a nice view of the city. The position is wonderful, most of landmarks and museums are <15mins of walking away. Overall loved it, would recommend it. Since it is located by the square with quite a lot of traffic, it may be noisy at the night, so if you have problems with noise make sure to bring noise cancellation headphones. We didn't mind it though, actually enjoyed sleeping with the windows open.

Staff does not speak english, so a lot of hand waving and google translating was involved.

LOCATION couldn’t be better! This hostel is right on the Grand Via!

I didn’t see air conditioning- which may be a problem in mid-summer, but I stayed in Fall.
