Staff were super friendly and lovely, took our bags up to the room as soon as it was ready while we were out exploring. Always greeted us and with a smile, from the reception to house keepers. Clean and beautiful interior. Great location central to all the shops and restaurants.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the busy and popular Gran Via, where you will find many shops and restaurants. At the same time, I found the hotel to be quiet. I did have an interior room facing a wall, which likely facilitated it being quiet. I did not mind not having a view, as I am just there to sleep anyway. The Callao Metro station is the closest to the hotel. I found the bed to be comfortable. There was a coffee maker and a mini fridge, which were very useful. The room itself was too small, even for one person, and also in regards to the price paid. The bathroom was also very small. However, housekeeping kept it very clean. I did not like the set of stairs that you find inside of the entrance to get to reception. There is an elevator, of sorts, to place your luggage on, which lowers it to the reception area. This was not functioning upon my departure, as there was renovation work being done. Staff kindly assisted me with my suitcase. There are two elevators to the upper rooms. Breakfast was available, but I opted out. It is a good choice and a well-kept hotel.

We were charged for a phone call that didn't made. Even though the sum was very small, it left a bitter taste.

I and my partner came at the beginning of June. Although the location of the hotel is in the center of Madrid the room was very quiet with good conditioner. The temperature of the bath water was good and we could easily adjust it to cold and hot temperatures as we wished. Although the room wasn't big it felt just enough for a couple. We were pleased with the cleaning level. We also ordered a breakfast as part of our deal. The breakfast was relatively basic, but was very fresh and tasty and we enjoyed it a lot. Overall we had a wonderful experience in this hotel !!

everything was very good. if i need to find some negative points I would say that the hotel price was a bit expenasive.

Location was the best! I have stayed here before and it is so convenient. The breakfast is also excellent. And the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I was unable to adjust the heat and it was too hot at night for sleeping. I did turn it off and open the window which worked. Also the elevator is very odd - does not always go down when you push the lobby.

I loved the hotel's location. Only a minute's walk from C.Gran Via, the main street and a 3-minute walk gets you to the Callao subway station. The hotel is on a quiet street, so there is no noise even though it is very close to the main road. I was visiting Madrid for the first time, and the staff was kind and helpful. Kettle, coffee and tea was also provided in the room. Muchas gracias 🙂

The only thing I was not happy with, was the shower head 😅 It was so high up and there was no possibility of putting it lower. For example if I would not want my hair to get wet, then I would just have to hold the shower head aha. Otherwise everything else was great.

It was immaculately clean & comfortable. The shower was very powerful with hairdryer and toiletries supplied Tea and coffee facilities were available. The electric shutters on the window ensured a good nights sleep. The location was perfect and being in a side street it was very quiet. The breakfast was very fresh with a decent choice. The orange juice was the best I’ve ever had in any hotel.

The location is perfect! In the very heart of Madrid, but at the same time on a quiet street, near all types of public transportation stops, it is very easy to get. The room was small but enough for me; the window was into the inner yard, but there was no discomfort for me due to this. The room was clean (cleaned every day), the bathroom and bed were comfortable, and the internet worked well.

It was a little bit annoying each time when turning on the TV to select between channels or the option to connect your own device. But i need it just to know what is going on in the world, and only for a short time.

Great location for visitors of the city, well placed in what is almost the middle of everything, and with many public transport options just a minute away from the building. Great value for money and helpful and smiling staff.

Room size was at the minimum for comfort. There were no slippers and it was not possible to even pay to get some. In the mornings you could hear everybody going down the stairs for breakfast and in general anything more noisy, I was able to hear from my room.
