The location was excellent. Close to great cafés, bars, stores and most of what I needed for my entire stay. The way in and out, while it has a few steps, is not at all hard and it felt safe. Loved the mini fridge, AC and personal bathroom.

I feel like the shower could have used a little more attention in the cleanliness department in the cracks, crevices and edges. I bring shower shoes to all hotels for these reasons but if you are asking for specific feedback on what I didn't like, that would be it.

Normal size 2 bedroom apartment, pretty quiet and very good location. Overall good experience and friendly staff, clean place. I would recommend this place for no more than 4 people. Worth the money. AC is located only in the living room and not in bedrooms, but! even when it was +37 C over the weekend it never got hot in the bedrooms and at night the temperature outside drops a lot. So never had any issues with sleeping without AC. There is a fan on the ceiling which is enough.

The faucet the shower was broken, weird than no one noticed and fixed that. Bathroom is very small and narrow and not really comfortable when you sit on a toilet LOL

Great 6 nights very clean just of the gran via the only problem was theres no washing machine in the apartment if your staying for a longer time no toaster or kettle and it needs a small table near the sofa the apartment was cleaned everyday clean towels every day very quiet no noise i will be back very soon great place brilliant staff thankyou

My room had a window facing a courtyard where the cleaning team hung towels every day. This limited my ability to open the curtains for natural light and privacy reasons. Moreover, I was concerned about security since opening the window could potentially allow easy access for someone to enter the room unnoticed. Addressing these privacy and security concerns by implementing better window coverings or exploring alternative solutions would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hostel's excellent location and helpful recommendations made it a memorable stay in Madrid.

I appreciate the late check in system. I arrived very late because of my bus trip and I'm glad I was able to get inside the building without a hassle. Location is favorable. I appreciate that it is quiet. The room felt weird first because there was a column in the room but I had a comfortable sleep.

There was no toothbrush or slippers to use. The dining area could use some water to heat up for warm drinks.

Good location and type room , the cleaning

One of the nights we arrived at the hostel at 4am and couldn’t find the keys , looked everywhere in the purse . The reception closed at certain time during the night and open around mid morning. We called the number of the person in charge and couldn’t be reached a few times . He said the next day that the call didn’t go through , but we have local friends with local phones fin Madrid and the calls went though and their phones were working fine . We couldn’t spend the night at the hostel cause we couldn’t get in . The key was never found and they made me pay 50 euros . It was unacceptable there was nobody to pick up the phone in case of an emergency.

The location is in a nice youthful area of Madrid, within walking distance to everything. There are supermarkets nearby along with lots of options for going out to eat. The building is clean and very modern, and the AC worked during the heatwave. Can't beat the price.

The front office was almost never staffed, and there is no emergency number to contact if you need assistance. We and another couple were locked out of the hotel on two occasions. The first because the front office was closed and there was no one to retrieve a key from. The second time was because the electric key lock broke and we had to wait for someone to walk out of the door to get in to the hotel.

Booking.com and hostal did not provide information that office for check in is at different addresss across the street. Should also be a sign at locked door to outside with this information. Reception with limited hours, unclear how to communicate with them at other times. No access to microwave or any way to make hot water or coffee. If this was available somewhere no information provided on check in.

The apartment was reasonable sized for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom place. The kitchenet was just right and the place was easy to come and go from for touring Madrid.

The bathroom was very small for using the toilet...they need to make the vanity much smaller and turn the toilet 90 degrees so it faces the shower to make it more easy to use. The cleaning crew came into the apartment twice while I was gone even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door.

I had double room with a private bathroom. I liked the fact that the room was cleaned each day and fresh towels were provided. I loved that we had a mini fridge in our room. I also liked how secure the hostel was in general. There was a main door into the building, a door into the hostel itself and then a door into your private room - all of which had to be accessed by key card.

I do not have anything negative to say about this stay. If I had to add one very minor comment I would say that we did not interact with the owner/reception at all. Everything was done via messenger on booking.com. Some people may view this as a negative.
