Staff was very friendly, though reception was limited. Location was great. Checkout was easy. Rooms had a mini fridge and TV, which were nice bonuses for an economic hostel option.

The walls were a bit thin, which might be tough during high-volume tourist months. Limited reception could cause issues if one were to run into an issue, though we didn't!

It exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean, and the property had been renovated and was in great condition. Both the room and bathroom were spacious enough for two people. There was an iron available in the lobby and a hairdryer provided in the room.

Everything was perfect. The only issue was at check-in — there was no doorbell, and we didn’t know where to go. I called the host, and they told us to go to a store in front of Hostal’s door. A bit confusing, but quickly resolved.

The location was excellent. Close to great cafés, bars, stores and most of what I needed for my entire stay. The way in and out, while it has a few steps, is not at all hard and it felt safe. Loved the mini fridge, AC and personal bathroom.

I feel like the shower could have used a little more attention in the cleanliness department in the cracks, crevices and edges. I bring shower shoes to all hotels for these reasons but if you are asking for specific feedback on what I didn't like, that would be it.

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment with garden view. Great location. Bedrooms good. Lounge area basic with no window but great if you just want a base and somewhere to sleep. Very quiet bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. No frills but good value for money. Would recommend.

Nothing. But if you are tall, sitting on toilet would be cramped. It was fine for us!

Normal size 2 bedroom apartment, pretty quiet and very good location. Overall good experience and friendly staff, clean place. I would recommend this place for no more than 4 people. Worth the money. AC is located only in the living room and not in bedrooms, but! even when it was +37 C over the weekend it never got hot in the bedrooms and at night the temperature outside drops a lot. So never had any issues with sleeping without AC. There is a fan on the ceiling which is enough.

The faucet the shower was broken, weird than no one noticed and fixed that. Bathroom is very small and narrow and not really comfortable when you sit on a toilet LOL

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, spacious enough, and very comfortable. What truly made the stay perfect was the location: just a few steps from Gran Vía and within easy walking distance of both Malasaña and Chueca, two of Madrid’s most vibrant neighborhoods. It couldn’t be better situated for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here. The location is excellent, convenient and close to everything we needed. The place was clean and well-maintained which made for a very comfortable stay. We definitely enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and reliable place to stay in Madrid.

location was great in the heart of the city, a few minutes walk from Noviciado Metro and Plaza de Espana. Room was confortable with a functional AC and a good sized bathroom,,

Great 6 nights very clean just of the gran via the only problem was theres no washing machine in the apartment if your staying for a longer time no toaster or kettle and it needs a small table near the sofa the apartment was cleaned everyday clean towels every day very quiet no noise i will be back very soon great place brilliant staff thankyou

The fridge should be moved as you can not see the tv

I appreciate the late check in system. I arrived very late because of my bus trip and I'm glad I was able to get inside the building without a hassle. Location is favorable. I appreciate that it is quiet. The room felt weird first because there was a column in the room but I had a comfortable sleep.

There was no toothbrush or slippers to use. The dining area could use some water to heat up for warm drinks.
