Great place, value for money is perfect. The apartment is very spacious, spotless, and modern. Located in the very center of Madrid, within a walking district to the main attractions as well as to any mode of public transport. We enjoyed this apartment very much. The reception staff was also very kind and helpful.

Coffee, tea, and some water in the kitchen would have made this an 11/10

Location was perfect and there was a whirlpool

I had to go to the reception to get toilet paper and waste bins as the hotel provided one roll for 4 days. There was a dishwasher that did not work and there was no kettle to boil water for tea.

The location is amazing. The space in general is great. The closet and the bathroom are huge. The staff is really helpful and nice. Great and comfortable experience.

The apartment was great and spacious but the furniture has seen better days. I never found the washing machine.

The location. It is very close to the Plaza Espana and Temple of Debod. The personnel was very helpful and kind.

The room was on the basement and you can hear all the noise of the street. Sleepless night. Even it is mentioned that the company has its own private garage, it was a public garage managed by others. the guy asked for my car keys and I had to leave the keys because I had no other choice. But the hotel personnel helped me to get my car early in the morning due to early check out.

Very close to the center clean and the aircon was functioning well given that the day we arrived it was very hot outside.

Just the water temperature is quite tricky to regulate and the pillows are quite tired.

The kitchen, table & bathroom were very clean. The Bed making was good but I could smell human sweat from the sofa and single chair. There were many human hair on the single chair and on the floor. it’s a pity I couldn’t relax on the sofa…

Great location with easy transport access and places to eat nearby. Comfortable beds and air-conditioned

Needs more rubbish bins as there was only one in the bathroom. Maybe it could have another in the kitchen or in bedrooms.

Check in was too late (4pm). We had to wait until exactly 4pm to have access to the apartment despite being available earlier.

Nice apartment close to many of the popular attractions. I recommend. Opposite you can enjoy wine and tapas near here have a Flamenco.
