Location, location, location!!! Is near everything and everywhere. With the metro Station at 150 mt. from the apartment it takes no time to go to every tourist point. The staff is more than friendly and it takes their time to explain where we're located and how to get to every place. They made a reservation for a taxi to take us to the airport (we left the apartment at 4 am) and sent us a confirmation via WhatsApp and just in case they gave us another number to call in case the driver didn't show up. The apartment is perfect it was a loft in the attic and had everything you need, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, etc. It's big and comfortable. The bed and the pull-out couch had excellent mattresses and amazing linens. Huge Tv. And towels and toiletries including hand and body lotion. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

Not that We didn't like it because they are pretty clear when you book that if you stay in the attic is a third floor with no elevator. Not a biggie for us but if you travel with a lot of luggage take that in mind. Once again it's perfect for us and we'll be back for sure.

The apartment was clean and well maintained, a good place for a family. Alejandro met us and the reception and was so friendly and helpful. He had a printout of a list of all good restaurants, sites to visit, interesting activities. He went an extra mile to explain the places around Madrid; where we can venture out. There were good restaurants and supermarkets just outside our apartment but at the same time it wasn't noisy.

Everything was excellent except that the apartment was on the 3rd floor with no lift made it difficult for us to carry a big suitcase with had with us.

A great little apartment in a perfect location! It's very convenient, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. Despite its size, it had everything I needed.

The walls are quite thin, so there is some noise from the neighbors. Better soundproofing would be ideal.

Good service from the host. We were able to get the keys a while before the check-in started so we could instantly drop our luggage off and get refreshed. The reception was on 2 minutes walking distance and offered free luggage storage too.

Unfortunately you have to carry your luggage 3 floors up on a narrow staircase.

The interior apartment was very dark and the ceilings were very low. I kept hitting my head. I think the photos made the apartment look bright when it wasn't.

Small cozy and clean apartment in a great location. Beautiful walkable neighborhood close to Plaza Espana. The space was tight for a family of 4, the bedroom is about the same size as the bed, not much room to move around, but doable if you don't spend much time inside. We had a great time though.

The location was perfect, Airconditioning and the staff as well.

The appartment was smaller than expected. The third guest in our group had to sleep in the livingroom where the noise from the neighbours was very loud, whereas in the main bedroom it was not. That was very unfortunate for our third guest.

Very clean bed and towels, good location, air conditioning in every room. In the bathroom was: soap, hand cream (excellent), shower gel!

Not a very high-quality repair in the bathroom: sometimes the water in the sink did not go well. The presence of chips and scratches on the floor, walls, furniture. The windows of the rooms overlooked only the courtyard, where people often smoke, so it was impossible to open the windows to ventilate.

Fantastic location walking distance (20 - 45 mins) to all attractions in beautiful Madrid. Very clean and comfortable and staff were attentive.

Wardrobe doors hard to open (staff alerted and will send maintenance). Better system for shower so water does not get everywhere.
