The emergency alarm trigger looks 100% identical to all light switches in the apartment. Guess what happened. No instructions were provided on what to do in case it was pressed by accident.

clean and very good location

I send to them that i need the property NOT in basement because i have kids and that not good for them and their health, but when i arrived to the property i found that i in the basement! When i spoke to them with WhatsApp they told me it’s not basement !!! in the elevator there is (ground floor), (B) and the last floor underground is (-1) I was in (-1) and the saying it’s not basement and not underground !!!!

What a pity it was in the basement with the window overlooking the street, which made the night less calm and prevented a restful sleep What a pity there was no contact person, we asked for blankets by email and they didn't arrive until 2 days later There was a false fire alarm, which forced us to go outside in the middle of the night. Despite attempts to contact the management by phone, no one appeared. The window to the street opened because of the alarm and was kept open for two long hours until someone finally answered our innumerable attempts of contact

- The location is excellent. On a quiet street in Malasaña, around 5 min walk to the heart of Gran Via. Awesome restaurants nearby- Lamucca, Grosso Napolitano, HanSo Cafe. 3 min walk to Carrefour. - Apartment was spacious enough especially for 1 person, also comfortable enough for two. - Bathroom had towel warmer which is a great touch when you do not have room cleaning service during the stay. - Balcony was cute but tiny, only has room for 1 person. - Staff was responsive when I had requests. - AC worked really well, no limits on temp or fan speed. - Price was fair.

- There is a guest room directly in front of the laundry room, which is just a tiny closet with two washing machines. Try to avoid this room - There are rooms on the -1 floor which are next to the garbage room, try to avoid these rooms as well. - Room had no proper closet but had 4 hangers for clothes. When I asked for more they brought them the next day - so that's nice - Room can not be 'truly' locked when you are inside it. There is no way you can prevent staff from entering the room, so they can even enter while you're taking a shower. Hasn't happened but is not the nicest.

Location! Great location. Just a few mins from Gran Via. Restaurants and grocery stores are near by. Clean apartment, digital access and pretty much all the things are provided you'd need for a comfortable stay.

They are very rigid with the check-in times, I guess not a complaint but I had a hard time after a long flight from the US to Spain and with two young kids to spend 8 hours to get the room was a bit difficult. The TV isn't a smart TV and was useless for people coming from out of the Spain. This really isn't complain but my not liking about the policy. The service again was great!

Great location, nice little apartment, enough for a family of 4, as we only sleapt there. Digital check in works great.

The location is absolutely perfect. I was working from madrid for a week, so spent most days in the apartment and had endless options of restaurants/cafes/shops to spend my lunch breaks and evenings, all within waking distance. I never had to get a metro card, and only once used the bus to visit the Carlos Sainz Karting facility which was a 15 minute bus ride. The decor is modern and functional and kitchen had enough plates and appliances for everything I needed such as the nescafe coffee maker (with pods provided), toaster, and tea kettlem

There was no work desk (huge problem for someone in town for work). I reached out to VS who said there was no communal spaces I could use and could not give me any recommendations for cafes to work from. I ended up moving between the sofa and the courtyard in the middle of the building which was not ideal. The daytime staff was super friendly and helpful but the evening security constantly made me feel like I was being overly watched. When I arrived the first night I tried to be friendly and he would not even smile. My apartment was on the ground floor directly across from the security office and every time I entered or exited I felt very uneasy being watched like I was sneaking out of my parents house to have a cigarette break or go to a bar.

Location was great, place was clean. It was well equipped with cooking utensils, salt, pepper, oil, but not a lot of sugar so or milk. Aesthetic was very good

The basement flat has stairs after you enter the room so this is not great for those with mobility issues. When you get to the property you also need to climb a flight of stairs prior to reaching the lift. There was a sort of mini stair lift i think to the side but there were no staff to help us operate it or to ask. There is also no daily cleaning just to note.

As a solo traveler I found the studio to be spacious and bright, with exactly what I needed for my 3-night stay. Great attention to detail and comfortable bed. The neighborhood Malasaña is super cool and has many cafe/bar options as well as grocery stores and a unique local feeling. The AC worked well and having a balcony to look out on the street was very atmospheric.

The pillows were not super comfortable or supportive and there were no extras anywhere. If there were two people they would find it very limiting to have only 1 thin pillow each. There were no instructions on recycling/compost/trash in the unit.
