The location is excellent. Right in the middle of Gran Via. Close to everything if you are in Madrid for a short time. The appartment size is very good too with a reasonable fit out of kitchen and living room

This apartment takes a 200euro bond when you check in. It takes up to 14 days for it to be returned to your credit card. The bond is not advertised up front and I think this is misleading. At no other hotel I have booked with Booking.com has this happened. I was and am still quite annoyed about it. The wifi is poor in some rooms. This is important because the only way to use the TV in the room for streaming is via chromecast and that requires decent wifi. The advertised sofa bed was of poor quality with a very thin mattress. Could have been better to be honest. These are not super critical issues but this is not a cheap apartment and I expected better and in every other equivalent accommodation in my visit to Spain, I received better.

Location, view, specious and very clean.

Check in time later than normal (16:00), check out time earlier than normal (11:00) and there is no facility to leave your luggage. There are no blinds in the bathroom.

I think the receptionists deserve a larger 'office area', there is plenty of room in the lobby for a reception desk instead of the little closet type office they have. This is course is just an observation for them as I felt bad for them being cramped yup in there, our room was lovely, modern, clean and comfortable and the location was right on the Gran Via.

I guess the fact that they do not have a place to hold you luggage and check in is as from 4pm, but there are great lockers just around the corner (1 minute walk) if you dont want to waste time waiting and fancy exploring the city without your luggage

Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Very spacious as well.

Was charged a 200 euro bond on check in that was not advised prior to checkin. I was told this bond would not be charged and only held against card but it was charged and I have not had it refunded as yet. If a bond is to be charged it should be clearly outlined prior to booking.

I booked a two bedroom apartment which was so spacious and clean. Apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large living room with an open fully equipped kitchen. It was facing the main street although it has a sound proof walls and windows. Furniture and details seemed new and very comfy. We really loved the experience and surely will stay in this hotel again.

Unfortunately, house keeping wasn't included in the stay even we stayed for 6 nights which at least you need to have a fresh towels (it was chargeable). I do recommend to add a washing machine in such apartments.

The location was very convenient. Easy to catch a bus, metro or taxi as soon as you step outside. The beds were super comfortable. Powerful air conditioning inside. The shower was good in terms of comfort and water pressure. This might be the first time I've ever come across a PROPER hair dryer in a hotel room. Nice modern finishings in the room - not very big but it was enough to be comfortable.

There is no space to leave your luggage at the reception in the event that you arrive early (no one ever replied to my request for an early check-in) or need to leave later that the checkin time. However, we discovered that you can leave your luggage at one of the other hotels under the same group and there's one nearby. We stayed for 2 nights and no one entered our room to do some basic cleaning - collect the trash (there's only a small bin in the bathroom), check if we needed toilet paper etc.

Central location but above a nightclub, so sometimes would hear faint music noise, no full lemgth mirror and only a sink in the bathroom, no kitchen area

Great location. It has better services than the normal apartment.

- Comparing to hotel, the only inconvenient part is that it cannot help store the luggages. We arrived in the morning and had to put the luggages through a public locker service. It takes time and very expensive (18euro) - the sofabed is a bit small. I have to put the chair along the sofa to hold my feet. It is ok for a child.

Nice apartments, perfectly spaced for 4 people, with 2 rooms and a very large living room. The apartment was clean and the location is perfect. Nice friendly staff also allowed us a late checkout. Thank you!

There were some small but annoying things in the rooms, for example the fire alarm is facing the bed and it blinks every few seconds, so you have a led green light blinking in your face in the night. The AC was noisy and not very adjustable, so it was either very cold (AC on) or hot (AC off). The bathroom towel hanger was right on top of the toilet and very high up etc.. The cleaning is only done once every 3 days

Love the sound proof room. At where it is, it's actually really good.

Unfortunately the room did not come with housekeeping and change of towels. If you wish to have them, it's additional charge which we only know about upon asking.
