Hotel staff was great. They worked with me on multiple occasions for a variety of reasons to help with my experience in Spain. They gave me excellent suggestions on food and entertainment in the area, helped me when I had issues with technology, and went out of the way to make me feel at home while I was in the hotel for an extended period of time. I can not say enough good things about the staff.

Location of the hotel is a little out of the way if you don't have a rental car or reliable transportation. Not a lot to do in the area.

We had a fantastic experience at this apartment! The central location made exploring the area easy, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. We had our car, and the parking garage was only a block away. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating our party of six. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the manager was excellent. They were responsive and helpful.

A garbage trashcan was staged in the small apartment lobby or right outside the front door, making access to the building a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed here while our son had a soccer tournament nearby and it was a perfect choice. The hotel was very clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. We really appreciated the on-site restaurant and free parking. The room layout was ideal for a family — the mezzanine level for parents with our own bathroom, double sink, and bathtub made it feel spacious and private. The beds were very comfortable too. A great option for families visiting the area!

The hotel is a brand new construction. Rooms are spacious with a good Air Conditioning system, good shower with high pressure of water and reliable hot water. People at reception are very nice and attentive. Breakfast is very good, lot of choices, eggs, fruits, cheese, etc and kinds of breads including gluten free bread, really good breakfast for 14 euros each.

The waiters at the restaurant could be less rude. "Don't sit here that this table got it ready for the lunch time". Come on!! really!! the restaurant is completely empty is 10:00 am and waiter is moving us of the table. Starting picking up everything 30min before the end time of the breakfast are things we really didn't like. The area at the front of the hotel (is ok because is free parking) but has some litter and neglected maintenance of the vegetation which is quite disgusting.

I loved the quietness of the hotel. The staff was always accommodating even when we had to leave early for a family emergency. The room was exactly as it looked on their website. The restaurant is fantastic. I loved the breakfast buffet, especially.

The location was much farther than I realized from the airport. I know now, but I should have called and checked.

Nice hotel in a nice town, very comfortable, with an excellent restaurant (breakfast were excellent). The location is fine, close to downtown Villaviciosa, with a supermarket, petrol station and some fast food restaurant close by (walking distance). Staffs were very kind and helpful.

Room assigned was a duplex type, and shower area was a little bit small, but we could manage.

Modern, clean and comfortable room.

The gymnasium equipment is limited and very old. Would have been nice to have some free weights in there. Couldn’t work out how to work the weights machine with all the cables.

Spacious rooms. Good bed and pillow.

The ceiling in the bathroom is cut by a strange angle and the mirror is fixed very low, so if you want to see yourself you should bend your knees. The stairs going up to the bedroom can be a bit of pain if you have to go in and out a lot.

It was nice and clean, the duplex room we had was spacious, comfortable and well designed

The breakfast is something to improve but is ok, just that can be better

All members of the staff were awesome, from the first moment we walked in, to answering questions throughout of our stay.

Not the hotel's fault, but I was far from Madrid's city center.
