Very good place in Utrera, a small, charming city close to Sevilla. Easy to access Sevilla by leaving the car e.g. in free of charge metro parking station in Condequinto. Itself the hotel is a very nice 18th century palace with inner courtyard (like in mudejar architecture). The room is top quality, very nice, super clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. Garage for the car can be reserved for relatively low amount and the place is big enough. The street of the hotel is just under renovation in small sections. When it will be ready it will be wonderful. There is a very good tapas bar close to the hotel with very friendly staff and delicious foods and wines. It is full with local people every evening. All in all, perfect place to relax and at the same time to visit Sevilla.

Everything was perfect!

We liked the ambiance of the old building with modern Facilities. The front desk staff Was very efficient. Our room was large and very modern. The rooftop area gives a great view and little touches like the glass floor in the women’s bathroom that shows you an old well is very unique. The centre patio area is a wonderful setting with the trickling fountain.

It’s not the hotels fault, but because of the construction on the street outside, we had to carry our bags from a local parking lot, which was an inconvenience. The bed was quite squeaky.

very good breakfast, very convenient position to visit Sevilla and the whole region around, especially if you're travelling with a car, the staff was super helpful during our stay, they would help with any request, and be supportive in case of any inconvenience (see next point); the patio of the Hotel is simply gorgeous

we had an issue with our rented car, a window was broken during the first night of our stay: luckily, we had full insurance protection, and the staff of the hotel was extremely helpful to let us communicate with the company...so, the issue was not with the hotel, but with the town, which we did not expect to be unsafe when we booked...but again, you never know. However, it was most probably due to the fact that we stayed there the week after the Easter Holy week, so the whole place was a bit empty, restaurantes were closed until the very last day of our stay; other than that episode, we would recommend staying in Utrera and at Palacio San Fernando to visit this part of such a wonderful region, Andalucia

Absolutely stunning decor, extremely pleasant & helpful staff, decent spread for the included breakfast. We loved Utrera too and look forward to returning as it makes a great base for exploring Seville and Andalucia. Will definitely stay here again when in zone.

Obviously beyond the control of the hotel but there were extensive roadworks around the hotel which made access awkward. These works seem to include drains & sewers which likely account for the strange smell in our room.

Beautiful building, very large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. All 3 receptionists and the cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Real big kudos to the team because I find it common to see a few people like that but rare to see that mindset in the entire staff.

The breakfast buffet offers various choices but may be too Spanish for me. I would have liked some more options in (fresh) bread and fruit. That’s a personal preference of course and I’m the foreigner here.

Great service! Very friendly staff who recommended me a great restaurant nearby where I had the most delicious (and cheapest) food in all of spain! Would return! There are roadworks outside of the building that make it a little tricky to access but the staff offered to meet me at my car park and help with my bags to the hotel!

Noise from the lobby was a little loud in my room but wasn't bothered.

We loved the extra space of the suite and the bathroom. The ‘look’ of the hotel with its internal courtyard was very pretty. The receptionist when we checked in was very helpful, providing lots of information about Utrera. We were sorry we had to leave very early to catch our train and missed the breakfast.

The Palace is nice and charming. Well located- within a walking distance to everything you might potentially need.

I was lacking a chance to have a freshly squizzed juice. Being in Spain and having a fresh orange juice in the morning is almost a must for us. Apart of it- nothing else.

It was lovely to get a welcoming text from Sara before we arrived. Then when we reached the hotel we got a lot of information about Utrera, places to eat nearby, sites to visit marked on a map. María accompanied us to our room to show us how the electricity worked etc. All the staff were so helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

It would have been nice to have a wardrobe in our room not just a stand with coat hangers. It would have been pleasant to unpack completely as we were staying for 6 nights.

Characterful property - delightful large interior with lots of seating for guests. Staff were very accommodating about storing our bicycles overnight. Room and bathroom were very spacious. The breakfast room and the breakfast were very nice..

Unfortunately our double bed was very very squeaky which did not lead to a good nights sleep - which was a real shame. There were no tea coffee making facilities.
