The room was nice and clean, necessary toiletries were supplied. The grounds with the pool were beautiful like a resort, very relaxing. The food at the buffet and restaurant were tasty and reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely come back!

Pool was open from 6 am, I wanted to take in so sun and enjoy the pool one last time in the morning at 8 before I had to leave but at this time the pool was still being cleaned and the grass was cut. Not sure if that is the schedule every day but perhaps then the pool hours should start later since you can’t swim in it while it’s being cleaned.

We had absolutely amazing time in this lovely hotel. Our spacious room was beyond our expectations with the front pool view, comfy beds, strong conditioner, coffee/tea station, huge TV and large terrace. The hotel itself is very enormous, with extensive flowering gardens and sizeable pool, it is real palace! Internet is very strong in the whole hotel premises. All the staff, from the front desk to the cleaners, does great job. All were smiling, helpful and welcoming to us. The food was very tasty, especially in the dinner time, including such traditional spanish dishes, as the paella and the soup gazpacho. Through all our staying we have been feeling the caring attitude of this hotel, so we recommend it from all our hearts! And would like to come back here ASAP:)))

Cheap and thin toilet paper. The absence of the slips and the bathrobes. No light on the terrace.

This is a very significant facility - a large hotel that has a lot of functions. It is a haven for tourists/business trippers etc. The grounds, pool, food options, convenience (taxi rank outside door); very well staffed and helpful reception; literally everything one could want - as a comprehensive one-stop-shop it is unparalleled & an inexpensive taxi ride (our preferred mode) to any location in Seville. This is a hotel to stay in to remove all the ‘maybes’ - we were very well looked after. Staff is excellent. Wonderful to see a large, Spanish hotel with the best of Spanish hospitality, and visitors appreciating it rather than the AirB&B options. Food very nice, Spanish with plenty of options eg Italian, and not bland like in many other hotels. The maintenance of the pool area impeccable - decks washed and gardens cleaned each day; the water mists through pool bar area provided welcome reprieve from the scorching sun. Could not recommend this hotel more.

Nothing. If you want a small intimate hotel, this may not be for you but the service & attention of staff is customised and excellent

For such a large Hotel this place is run so well. For us, there was no waiting to check in, the staff were always helpful and attentive. The room was a good size for 3 of us and the level of cleaning was above par. The lady who cleaned for us was wonderful, especially since she had so much to do, but always with a smile and a hello. The beds were very comfortable. The area around the pool had plenty of beds for everyone and was always clean and tidy. The breakfast was wonderful and was served until 11am, which when you're on holiday is always appreciated. Even though the hotel is not in the centre, it was so easy to travel from, either getting the bus from around the corner or using the various forms of taxi is cost no more that 7to8 euros to get to town less with the local taxi app.

My only negative is that there wasn't much within walking distance from the Hotel. Maybe we didn't walk in the right direction, but we tried the bolt bikes and still didn't find much of interest. Also the parking is not included and is not cheap. Luckily, as it wasn't football season, the hotel is near the stadium. We were able to park on the road. My old other minus was that it could be noise in the room from people outside on the corridor

The location was not far from the old town with public transport. It's behind the Real Betis football ground with a big parking area in front. The room size was reasonable, with a comfortable bed and a very effective air-conditioning which could be independent controlled. This was a pleasure since we had expirienced a heatwave in Seville. Buffet breakfast was in aboundance with a very healthy choice. Our room was daily cleaned and the hotel had a pleasant smell.

The bathroom was old and needs renovation. No walk in shower but an old bath. No curtains to close when talking a shower bath, thus water splashes on the floor. We didn't have a kettle in the room and had to pay for it. This was rediculas. Hotel parking is not free either. We didn't have to use it since we parked nearby. The small Gym opening hours are not convenient. It was stuffy and equipment consist of just a treadmill, an epileptic and a weight machine and nothing else, so these get occupied instantly. My home gym is better equiped. For the size of the hotel it deserves a bigger Gym.

The property is located in a good place that is nearby the tourist attractions in Seville. It had a pool and garden area that was lovely to use it’s a shame that they do close it when weather conditions worsen however it’s understandable. I liked that the hotel calls cabs to the property often so they are on demand for the customers. They had some great restaurants at the hotel with good opening and closing times however limited halal options.

We felt that the bathroom could be cleaner, even after having housekeeping clean we’d see stains on the bath tub and that wasn’t very nice. I also feel as customers are paying for the price of a terrace room the terrace could look better wasn’t bad but could use some improvements.

The overall spaces of the Hotel were accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast: many options and well organized. Dinner was fine, but nothing really special, many "fast food" options, pasta, pizza, fries (all not gluten free), but less of local dishes. Gluten free: there were no labels, and not all staff was well informed about needs of people with intolerances. There were a few options clearly cooked without gluten, but dishes were placed in the buffet just next side-by-side to others with gluten-containing crumbles or pasta, so very prone to direct contamination. Upon asking one of the staff, it was indicated to eat salads or potato's only, to be safe... (could be better organized, or give a better answer... or offer help at the kitchen). They did arrange for gluten free ice-cream for the kid upon request though! thank you! A bus can be taken nearby to the city center: entertaining and cheap 15 minutes ride, recommended.

The Hotel has very large capacity and its always busy and bustling. It could become very noisy, crowded, messy in high season. Our room faced a busy road, thus rather noisy when with window open. It reduced with window closed but still some background noise.

We had a great stay! The hotel is classy and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, the bed is super comfortable, and they offer a variety of bathroom items—even a toothbrush! The pool and garden are also really nice and relaxing. A special mention to the staff who surprised my wife with a small birthday cake, drinks, and a lovely note to wish her a happy birthday — it was a very thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center (about 50 minutes on foot, but only 15–20 minutes by bus), and the breakfast could be improved — especially the sweet options, which were a bit limited.

The room was comfortable and had excellent WIFI. The hotel is near the city centre; you can get there by bus or taxi.

Great housekeeping with a considerate approach to privacy and flexibility to return at a time more suitable. Hotel cleanliness throughout, nice one level pool, choice of venues for dining, car parking below the hotel served with a lift for direct access for room levels, recycling facilities, EV charging, Tourist information desk, spa facilities, polite friendly staff in general. Bus stops nearby, taxi rank located near front door, good supermarket in short 7 minute walk.

Reception's 2nd language skills poor. i.e. 1.5 billion individuals in the world speak English and 1.1 billion mandarin / Chinese. Native language is prominent and used in first instance with international guests which will mostly suit locals and 595 million spanish speakers worldwide. No kettle or tea / coffee making facilities in rooms. First aid / defibrillator knowledge of responding to swimmers using the pool which could save lives. Evening entertainment for poolside bar customers inconsistent in terms of frequency and talent.
