The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very spacious and the rooms are clean and a very good size. The bar and pool area’s have a good vibe and the room and hotel amenities are very good. The restaurant has a decent menu and the food is nicely presented and tasted great. They pay attention to detail and left a lovely surprise in my room as it was my birthday. Top class house-keeping too! The tourist information was very helpful and they explained all the options very well and you could book activities and tickets within the hotel.

Location is a bit out and there are few places in walking distance but you can easily take a taxi or uber into the city centre. There is a lot of green space outside by the pool and this could be extended to another pool for kids.

The room was nice and clean, necessary toiletries were supplied. The grounds with the pool were beautiful like a resort, very relaxing. The food at the buffet and restaurant were tasty and reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely come back!

Pool was open from 6 am, I wanted to take in so sun and enjoy the pool one last time in the morning at 8 before I had to leave but at this time the pool was still being cleaned and the grass was cut. Not sure if that is the schedule every day but perhaps then the pool hours should start later since you can’t swim in it while it’s being cleaned.

The hotel is very grand with a breathtaking reception hall and quite spacious. There's comfy seating area all around, both indoors and outdoors. Requests were handled promptly and room cleaning was done daily without fail. The hotel location is not in the tourist centre but just 15min to 20mins bus ride away at a cost of Eur1.40 per trip. It is located very close to Real Betis football club stadium in a quiet residential area. There is live music entertainment on some nights and the bar is open till very late at night.

The breakfast hall is usually extremely busy at certain times and only one omelette station which always has queues. The food options are the same everyday which is quite boring and you're fed up by day 3 if on a long stay. The bathroom is outdated and could do with an uplift. The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel which makes it always super busy and cramped. The parasols are also quite limited and not enough for everyone.

We were given free bottles of water every day, and a small pack of fruit sweets at the beginning and end of our stay which was a nice touch. The hotel is lovely and, for us, was great value for money. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The pool could have been cleaner, there were a lot of hairs floating around and the children's pool had lots of dead flies floating in it. There needed to be more parasols around the pool, too. Our room was great but the hairdrier could have been better - you had to press and hold a button quite hard for it to work. They could also offer kettles and coffee making facilities in the standard rooms.

I would recommend staying in this hotel and if I go back to Seville I would stay there again for sure. Room: Perfect size, comfortable, clean, very good AC, shower was very good too. Breakfast: Very good, many options to choose, omelete station where you could order a fresh omelete, options of salad, few types of bread, some sweet pastries, fruits, salame, cheese, juice and even some wines. Pool bar and cocktail bar: Very convenient, prices okay and the I tried a few cocktails at the bar, and they were very nice. Pool area: Amazing, a lot of space, ping pong table, chairs, threes to hide from sun, bars, big and nice swimming pool, with a well located showers, entrances and exits, and as well accessible for wheelchair user or people with disabilities. There is a person in the pool area entertaining as well, dancing, playing games and interacting with the guests. Coffee room: there is a room with a coffee machine where you can just make a coffee for yourself anytime you wish. There are some vending machines with soft drinks, water and some snacks on the floors. Close to the reception they have as well a locker with some basic products in case you need, such as suncream, tooth brush, repellent, razors and stuff like this. Location: Is not in the center of the city, but is a good location, you can go from there anywhere you want by uber or taxi, and the prices are not to high, for example from the airport to the hotel by taxi is approximately 25 euros. There is a mercadona supermarket in about 10 minutes walking, also near to a gas station and a convenience store. The housekeepers clean the rooms every day. In general the hotel has a resort vibe, and it’s a very pleasant place to stay while visiting Seville, especially in the hot days, because the swimming pool makes all the difference when is 45 degrees.

When we arrived at the hotel we were starving, and we decided to eat in the restaurant inside, my husband order a chicken, which was served raw, after I told the waitress, she didn’t charge us for his plate, but anyway wasn’t a good first impression, so we didn’t eat in that restaurant anymore. Some of the staff from the swimming pool were not so friendly, especially the staff at the cocktail bar, and the girl entertaining at the swimming pool area, which was always with a judgmental look in her eyes, which a lot of times made me feel uncomfortable. The bathtub doesn’t have anything to contain the water that comes from the shower, which makes the bathroom all flooded when you finish taking a shower, but anyways, they were cleaning and changing everything daily, so this is not a big deal.

The fact that we keep returning says it all !! Love everything about this hotel, warm friendly reception, always ready to help, great size room and perfectly clean( lovely house staff)big pool with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas ( no mad scramble for beds here !!!) energetic pool entertainment staff 👏the mid day smoothies are a lovely idea 👍breakfast is fabulous and plentiful with very attentive staff. Lovely safe location with short cab ride into centre or local bus or even better a lovely scenic walk through park or by river. I would highly recommend.

We had absolutely amazing time in this lovely hotel. Our spacious room was beyond our expectations with the front pool view, comfy beds, strong conditioner, coffee/tea station, huge TV and large terrace. The hotel itself is very enormous, with extensive flowering gardens and sizeable pool, it is real palace! Internet is very strong in the whole hotel premises. All the staff, from the front desk to the cleaners, does great job. All were smiling, helpful and welcoming to us. The food was very tasty, especially in the dinner time, including such traditional spanish dishes, as the paella and the soup gazpacho. Through all our staying we have been feeling the caring attitude of this hotel, so we recommend it from all our hearts! And would like to come back here ASAP:)))

This is a very significant facility - a large hotel that has a lot of functions. It is a haven for tourists/business trippers etc. The grounds, pool, food options, convenience (taxi rank outside door); very well staffed and helpful reception; literally everything one could want - as a comprehensive one-stop-shop it is unparalleled & an inexpensive taxi ride (our preferred mode) to any location in Seville. This is a hotel to stay in to remove all the ‘maybes’ - we were very well looked after. Staff is excellent. Wonderful to see a large, Spanish hotel with the best of Spanish hospitality, and visitors appreciating it rather than the AirB&B options. Food very nice, Spanish with plenty of options eg Italian, and not bland like in many other hotels. The maintenance of the pool area impeccable - decks washed and gardens cleaned each day; the water mists through pool bar area provided welcome reprieve from the scorching sun. Could not recommend this hotel more.

The location was not far from the old town with public transport. It's behind the Real Betis football ground with a big parking area in front. The room size was reasonable, with a comfortable bed and a very effective air-conditioning which could be independent controlled. This was a pleasure since we had expirienced a heatwave in Seville. Buffet breakfast was in aboundance with a very healthy choice. Our room was daily cleaned and the hotel had a pleasant smell.

The bathroom was old and needs renovation. No walk in shower but an old bath. No curtains to close when talking a shower bath, thus water splashes on the floor. We didn't have a kettle in the room and had to pay for it. This was rediculas. Hotel parking is not free either. We didn't have to use it since we parked nearby. The small Gym opening hours are not convenient. It was stuffy and equipment consist of just a treadmill, an epileptic and a weight machine and nothing else, so these get occupied instantly. My home gym is better equiped. For the size of the hotel it deserves a bigger Gym.

For such a large Hotel this place is run so well. For us, there was no waiting to check in, the staff were always helpful and attentive. The room was a good size for 3 of us and the level of cleaning was above par. The lady who cleaned for us was wonderful, especially since she had so much to do, but always with a smile and a hello. The beds were very comfortable. The area around the pool had plenty of beds for everyone and was always clean and tidy. The breakfast was wonderful and was served until 11am, which when you're on holiday is always appreciated. Even though the hotel is not in the centre, it was so easy to travel from, either getting the bus from around the corner or using the various forms of taxi is cost no more that 7to8 euros to get to town less with the local taxi app.

My only negative is that there wasn't much within walking distance from the Hotel. Maybe we didn't walk in the right direction, but we tried the bolt bikes and still didn't find much of interest. Also the parking is not included and is not cheap. Luckily, as it wasn't football season, the hotel is near the stadium. We were able to park on the road. My old other minus was that it could be noise in the room from people outside on the corridor
