-The staff is very friendly and helpful. - Good breakfasts, there are different dishes for every taste, I recommend! - They have a separate mini kitchen near the reception. You can always drink coffee from the coffee machine for free, warm something up in the microwave. It turned out to be very useful! thanks for this solution! - Very clean everywhere. - My windows overlooked the inner patio and it is great, as there is no noise from the street (which does not have any special views).

- The only thing that seemed strange to me was the lack of a hood in the bathroom. - I also don't like the blue (cold light) LED lights that were everywhere in the room :(

The breakfast buffet was exceptional and offered everything you could want. The room was roomy, had windows to open (which I like a lot) plus air conditioning. It was done a warm atmosphere with wood and nice furniture. The location is great. You can reach everything by walking. There is a beautiful park across the hotel and beautiful buildings. I traveled to Sevilla to enjoy an open air concert which was located at this beautiful building across the hotel. If you like music check it out, many world known musicians come to play there. To the old town and architectual sights it takes only 15-20 min walking which was very convenient.

Great base for exploring Seville - right next to the Plaza de Espanya which is a gorgeous place to explore. Whichever way you walk to the old town (about 20min walk) you walk through pristine parks. Check in was straight forward and they stored our luggage after check out as we had a later flight. The rooms are really nice and the bed was huge and super comfortable! The cleaning staff are fantastic and our room was gleaming every day on our return.

Everything!. From the welcome when we arrived, to the helpful gentleman on reception who had wonderful English (which helped as my Spanish is anything but wonderful lol), to the free coffee machine in reception, the detailed instructions as to how to get to the car park, the simple, but perfectly clean rooms and the air conditioning. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the old quarter of Seville, directly opposite the Plaza de Espania. The hop on, hop off bus picks up very close by and the hussle and bustle of the town is close enough, without causing an annoyance because of noise. All in all a wonderful experience. We would most definitely return to this hotel if we ever visit Seville again. 10 out of 10 in all areas. Image is view from our room!!

Perfect location with parking. The hotel was well placed for exploring the city, either walking or via city trams. The hotel was clean, the staff were extremely helpful and the beds were very comfortable.

I think a lot of effort has been made to make the public areas of the hotel very welcoming, ie lots of paintings on the wall. Sadly the decor within the room was very bare, a few pictures on the walls would be a huge improvement.

everything was perfect, the room was smaller, but cozy, with a beautiful view of the cathedral, the bathroom was spacious, comfortable, everything was cleaned every day (but perfectly!!!)

the only problem is parking, which is possible for 18 euros at the hotel (you won't find out about it here on booking), the dusty parking lot is opposite the hotel, but it is always full in the evening. In the parking lot, different men take turns asking you for 3-10 euros for finding you a place....

An excellent, relatively central hotel which is close to most amenities & not hundreds of miles from attractions etc. Entry to the building is via stairs or a ramp, which is handy. The reception area is a large, spacious area with clear white flooring & a seating area. Staff spoke good English & seemed extremely patient, polite & helpful. Breakfast is also served in a restaurant style area on the same floor. Nothing fancy but a decent choice (continental + cereal etc) & a nice clean seating area is good enough for me. Upper floors are accessible via two lifts or stairs & room entry is via key card. My room was surprisingly spacious with a similarly large ensuite shower/bathroom. Despite facing a relatively busy road, the room was basically silent with the window closed. My large double bed was extremely comfortable & housekeeping was in every day. There's a safe in each room & a wall mounted TV but I didn't use it. I also felt that my stay was excellent value for money. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay & would use this place again!

The lobby bar/coffee bar wasn't open (Seasonal?) There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms The thermostat in the room has no instructions

Location was good for a nearby conference but is a good 15-20 min walk to the lovlier old town location. Very close (5-10min walk) to Plaza Espana and Maria Luisa gardens. Window view of Plaza ( and car park) from bedroom nice, however constant traffic noise very loud even with window closed- main thoroughfare for buses & ambulances constantly passing

Hotel is positioned on very busy 4 lane main road with constant noise. Apartment not clean on arrival but daily housekeeping was friendly and did great job making up for this. Overall OK for the cost if you dont mind walking distances and traffic noise.

Pasarela Hotel is perfectly located close to Plaza de España, which was really convenient for our stay and to explore the city and its beautiful landmarks. The room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and very modern, with side views over Plaza de España. The bathroom was also very spacious, with all toileteries needed for your stay. The room had a desk and chair and good wifi which was very helpful as I had to have meetings in the afternoon there. The staff was super friendly and helpful, helping me to find a taxi last minute at 4:40am when my ride to the airport cancelled on me. Overall, a very pleasant stay with good value for money considering the quality of the hotel and the location.

Nothing to note, everything was to our taste.

We managed to grab free parking on an open space opposite the hotel rather than their paid for parking a way away and we were concerned the next day, a working day, as to whether we could get out but there were some guys helping to find spaces and guided us out!

Re parking, all hotels say yes we have parking but none actually have their own parking and shift you off somewhere else! This should be more pronounced in their wording on the sites so at least you know!
