The location was superb, close to the centre, near the gardens, a short walk to the Alcazar and cathedral. Our room was spacious, and having the balcony was pleasant overlooking the square and small park. The amenities in the room were fine, the bed was comfortable, and the shower welcomed, especially after a warm day on walkabout. The coffee machines at the entrance made pretty good coffee, it's a shame the people using them didn't always dispose of their capsule ready for the next person.

Street noise was often heard in the room but not intrusive The fridge was ok, but not great. We didn't eat in the main hotel restaurant. We had a service issue at dinner on the one occasion we booked a table for dinner. A shame but there were plenty of other options close by. The hotel did offer to make the problem good, which was appreciated.

The best is the location! In the middle of it all. It comes with a negative side - street noise but window shutters helped a lot. Boutique place. Pleasant staff though never met anyone as there is no reception nor restaurant at the place. All communication was via mail and messages, super easy, super smooth. We traveled with a dog, no extra charges and no fuss about the dog (very unusual in Andalucia). No parking at the facility (as it’s in the old town) but public parking house just few steps away. Overall super nice stay and I would definitely select it again.

If you enter old town Sevilla, you will find a lot of the old homes are taken by hotels. So a property can two three old homes functioning as hotels. When we arrived, we were charmed by the square, the quiet location of this house and the smell of oranges. The room itself was stunning and clean! Right in the heart of the old city, we walked down old lanes and passed fascinating buildings. Everything in old town is near meaning definitely 2-15 minutes walk around the lanes. The main building where the receptionist is, is also stunning. We met Pablo the first night, he was very good. Housekeeping is great! The Andalusian pastries are very nice.

Initially, we didn’t know where to go in the square till we phoned and the receptionist guided us. No reception where we stayed, so we followed a staff about four lanes down to Don rey el Moro where the receptionist guided us was inside the restaurant. The Nespresso coffee pods in the room are meant to be taken down to level zero to make your morning coffee there. A tad inconvenient but we managed.

We were in the superb room 7 (as above) ... over 300 sq ft with a superb furnished balcony. In warm weather, the retractable roof can be used as need be. The room was spotless with a walk-in shower. Looking over square, full of orange trees was very pleasant. A flamenco club is the same plaza Santa Cruz. Communication with El Moro, the main hotel is simple by phone ... breakfasts are 3 mins walk away, although there are a lot of options nearby. The location is fantastic.

Nothing really ... my wi-fi was patchy, but my wife's was fine.

The location is amazing!!Walking distance to everything. And you never get bored in the narrow, colorful, old-town streets. Room was cozy, quiet, AC worked to warm it up. The window view is definitely a highlight. There is attention to detail which i appreciate a lot, they even provided all essentials for my short stay. And the staff reached out in advance to me and later walked me to my room upon arrival and was very friendly.

The fact that it was so nice and cozy that it almost made me not want to leave 😄😁 (Only smol detail is that the sprinkles from the shower water also jump outside if you take a long shower. But there was an extra towel to take care of that)

Great location in the historic city center. The staff was very helpful, attentive and friendly. Even before we arrived at the hotel, it was very easy and comfortable to settle in with very explanatory information and directions. The room was very elegantly decorated, clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked a lovely little square with orange trees and I really loved it. I enjoyed my trip and my stay. I hope I can come back again.

There may be some noise in the early morning.

My flight was cancelled (due to the power outage) so needed a place quickly. I liked this place was available and then through rerouting stayed a second night in another room. My check-in was late, but I was accommodated and it was a welcomed relief to have a hot shower and sleep. The next room was a level up and had a view, which I made use of watching the sunset.

The towels in the second room were a downgrade from the first, and while there was 24hr reception by phone, there was no desk to speak of.

The location was unbeatable! So close to the Alcazar/Cathedral/Giralda/Plaza de Espana/Restaurants/etc. Being a boutique hotel (stayed at the Luxury Homes) the room was adequate size and had a nice mix of old world and modern décor. Loved the windows that opened to a beautiful view for sunset. The Staff was AMAZING! The main hotel's rooftop had great views of the Giralda especially at night.

Not that I didn't like it but instead thought that the coffee area in the Luxury homes on the ground floor could use an update.

Excellent position in old town, right in Plaza Santa Cruz. All the attractions are reachable by walking. Quiet neighborhood, since there aren't tapas bars in this plaza, but plenty of those in less than 5 minutes of walking. The room I had (#8) is great for young couples. Very clean and confy.

The shower is fully visible from almost any part of the room so privacy could be a concern for shy people. Toilet fan a bit noisy.

The location was perfect. The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The common areas are tranquil and it's a relatively quite location. The staff was very friendly, and they offered a complimentary arrival drink in the main hotel. The air conditioning was nice and cool, perfect for the warm summer months

The only small complaint i have is all the coffee cups in the common area were used and not replaced until after 11am the next morning. So it would have been nice to have had the cups changed out earlier in the morning so we could have partaken in a morning cup of coffee.
