Great location, very clean with easy access to sites cafes etc and friendly staff who spoke english The parking building was easy to access and a less than 5 minute walk to the hotel

The only downside was that the bed was quite small for a 6 foot 4 male …in retrospect we should have asked for a room with a larger bed.

The location is perfect! In the beautiful streets of Santa Cruz, stunning. The building is beautiful with an open courtyard right in the middle and a terrace on the roof. In the room: air con, TV, hairdryer and bathroom amenities. Plus, more available at reception if it were needed. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The room (and rest of the hotel) was spotlessly clean. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. It was too early to get into our room when we arrived so we were able to leave the bags in a safe place at reception, and when we got back to the hotel at 10.30pm our bags were waiting for us in our room. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel given its only rated 2 stars. Yes it isn’t perfect (some mould on the ceiling in our bathroom) but it was such a brilliant and beautiful location (5 mins from Cathedral etc) and had everything you could need for a visit to Seville.

Genuinely nothing, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

We were really excited by our stay in Un Patio en Santa Cruz. The hotel is located directly in the historic town (but not far from the Plaza de España and all the main transport lines), only a few minutes from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The rooms are oriented into the internal patio (which seems to be closed at first look but is opened into a roof terrace with a great view), but it helps to hold back the street noise. The room was spacious enough for two people, with a nice bathroom. The hotel personnel were very helpful and the serving of the morning coffee and tea was a welcomed bonus.

We absolutely love this hotel and all the staff are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spotless and the air conditioning is very welcome in July. My husband has additional accessibilty needs and they have gone out of their way to assist us. Even staying after 11.30 pm to help with check in.

No access to coffee after 12pm. I would be happy to pay extra for this, also a mini fridge would be a very welcome addition.

Great location and close yo many major sites and restaurants and bars. The staff were great too!

There is a restaurant literally a few feet across from the hotel and it was a bit noisy along with people late at night talking loudly while walking down the street below my room

The hotel is located in a very narrow street as is common in Seville. The rooms are very small but clean. Basic facilities. They provide common coffee/tea facility in the reception from 7.30 am. Right in the centre of the city, the Seville cathedral is just 400 m away. One can really explore all the city centre attractions from this hotel. Parking is available just next door to the hotel at Euro 25 per day.

Room size - very small.

* Located in the center of Sevilla, for an affordable price. * Complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby during the morning. * Very beautiful, it is like a classical Andalusian "patio". * Surprisingly comfortable bed and pillows.

* The room contains a very beautiful electric kettle and cups... but there is no complimentary coffee/tea/milk/sugar/anything in the room, so it is useless. * The WiFi is not very fast. And the hotel is not very large (~15 rooms) so it is not because there was too much people using it, probably. * The instructions in the room say "to avoid incidents, close the window"... but the window is an old wood window which does not properly close. * The door is handled with a classical physical key, not a card... but I do not know if putting this in the "like" or "dislike". Not usual, but retro. :-PP

I read all reviews so I was not surprised of some noise in the evening/night, but LOCATION is PERFECT - anyway you will spend a day outside in Malaga to walk around that great city ! The location has great and the most famous Tapas bars around ! Bathrooms shared-but very clean, People who work there are super nice, the Host walks dot the room and explained everything ! It is not 5 starts hotel, but even I am in my 30ies I felt good, safe and welcome there ! Breakfast nice - good start of the day with some muffin, bread and milk with cereals. Looks a bit like a hostel but people different ages and very very nice !

I liked everything because I was ready for small noise since this is in the center, room simple but nice ! You do not spend too much time in the room in Malaga since there is a lot of to enjoy :)

simple but cozy, super clean and very quiet (at least in mid December, not sure how much this changes during the Summer, when people spend a lot of time outside by night...). Wifi fast and stable. In the historical city centre with all the attractions and restaurants around, but still at walking distance from the airport bus stop. No breakfast is served but clients can anyway have a coffee or a tea in the morning (much appreciated). Staff welcoming and helpful. I'll sure book here again if/when I'll be back in beautiful Sevilla.

Location perfect. Staff excellent. Roof terrace was nice and able to have a morning beverage up there or drink in the evening. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Walking distance to main attractions.

The bed seemed to dip in the middle slightly but maybe the way I slept. Room next to lift but for an old building it was quiet so didn't cause an issue to us. Room wasn't the one I thought we were getting but still comfortable. Wardrobe not very big.. couldn't hang long items in so used the doors.
