The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic center (we got there by walking from train station), making it easy to explore everything on foot. The check-in experience was smooth. A lovely touch was the availability of complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks at the reception (during the whole day). Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with an old-world romantic vibe that added to the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, atmosphere, and a central location.

Nothing to add to this section, we were really amazed with the accomodation experience.

Very clean, centrally located. Room very attractive and comfortable. I had a corner room so two balconies. Although the room was small I still had a full closet and a nightstand in both sides of the bed with lights and sockets. Good water pressure in shower. I was told at check in that since they didn't serve breakfast there was a snack area available 24/7, which was very convenient. Good coffee with warm or cold milk, pastries, fruit, cereal, juice, coke and coke zero, bottled water - regular and sparkling. It was very handy at 4am the day I left to be able to get a bit of breakfast. Also for afternoon coffee. Excellent location. Near center and with restaurants abundant in the streets nearby. Closer to bus stops, 10 minute walk to bus to airport. As a solo woman traveler, I felt very safe here even late at night.

My biggest complaint was street noise. Having 2 balconies facing streets that were packed with restaurants there was people traffic to 2am, then the noise of tables and chairs being moved inside, then the trash trucks, then the street cleaners. Quiet only from 4-7am it seemed. Better with earplugs. Only other thing that was less than pleasant about the room was the tiny shower which made it challenging to move about, especially when washing hair or bending to wash feet. Of course I had a very small room, the most economical. The layout of others may be roomier.

Small but well equipped room in a great location, in the winding lanes of Santa Cruz near gardens and 10 minutes walk from the Alcázar. Easily reached by bus from bus or train station. The hotel had a problem with our original room so upgraded us to one of the top floor rooms with private terrace, and we were told to enter via the Doña Manuela hotel where we were apparently now staying. This description is therefore for the Doña Manuela hotel. There is free all-day coffee and soft drinks with basic breakfast stuff (cereal, pastries in cellophane wrappers) but we added extra fruit and yogurt that we bought locally, which the hotel was ok with. Lots of good places to eat nearby and very helpful staff who sorted a malfunctioning safe and terrace door efficiently.

The shower cubicle was a bit small.

Very warm and friendly welcome from Michelle on reception, once we'd found the correct entrance at the back of the building. Location is lively and convenient. Hotel is stylish and spotlessly clean. Our room was small but we had two balconies, plenty of storage and a good bathroom. Lots of places to eat nearby, and free coffee, bottled water, juice, sweet things all available free of charge in the foyer.

It is a noisy area due to all the restaurants and bars - and buskers! And the smell of fried food from the restaurant below was a bit too much at times. But closing the windows and using the air con helped with that, and it didn't spoil our stay.

This one-star hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is phenomenal. Two hotels share one reception, but this was announced in advance, so it was not a problem. The room was not large, but it was clean. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Throughout the day, you can make coffee, refresh yourself with juice, and enjoy some sweets or fruit. All praises.

There is a fast food restaurant below the hotel, so you can smell the hot oil. The hotel is in a tourist area, so you can hear noise from outside, but that is something you have to endure when choosing a hotel in such a location.

A very nice hotel with very friendly, welcoming, & helpful front desk staff. The room looked newly remodeled, was very clean, & had a comfortable bed. The hotel offered 24/7 snacks & drinks in the lobby, & has a large 3rd floor terrace that overlooks the park. It's in a great location with easy walking distances to Barrio Santa Cruz, Plaza de España, parks & the river, & is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, & bakeries.

Since it's surrounded by restaurants that are outdoors in summer, it was fairly noisy until they closed at midnight. Recommend requesting an interior or park side room. Otherwise, no other issues at all.

Michelle and Eva (also their male colleague, didn't catch the name, sorry). These are exceptional reception staff, efficient friendly and professional - also very knowledgeable - really perfect. Beautifully maintained and clean property, wonderful location. Reception area has seating with complimentary coffee, cereals, refreshments, snacks, fruit - a great touch. Just an ideal hotel for a Sevilla visit. Excellent value for money.

Some noise overnight - central location, customers for restaurants, bars etc as well - but this was expected and something we got used to (we live in a quiet village so that's our issue to acclimatise to!) Sevilla is a lively city, it's inevitable and absolutely didn't spoil our break or reflect badly on the hotel.

You get what you paid for. The room was small but very clean and cosy. Perfect location, in the city center, near the beautiful park. Two small balconies were facing some busy streets with a lot of cafes. It could bother someone, because it was pretty loud, but we like that

A few minor issues, but it did not ruin anything: It was a little bit tricky to find a room because the lobby is in another hotel The shower cabin was pretty small

Great location very close to main sights and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely area without being too much. Very clean hotel and room. Small room but had everything we needed. Noise from outside at night but didn't bother us. Tea and coffee station very handy and worked well for us. Entry through Dona Manuela hotel but this is far less confusing than it sounds. All hotel staff really nice and helpful. Recommended.

This was a Plan B hotel due to a change of itinerary, and what a pleasant surprise! The price is very reasonable and the rooms are small, but it was a really great stay because it was clean, very comfortable bed, nice dark room, so sleeping was great. The location is also excellent for walking to restaurants and sights. In addition, there is 24 hour access to water, coffee and limited breakfast items in the lobby, even though breakfast was not included. So for a lot of reasons, this hotel really worked out well for us, and it solved a lodging issue due to a last minute change of travel plans. Excellent, helpful staff as well. We were thrilled to stay here.

A larger room would be nice for suitcase opening, but at this price, comfort, and location, we felt it was a very good deal.
