For this price the quality is just fine! I've been in many hotels which had better ratings but were much worse. The room is tiny, I had to be creative to find a place for my (big) suitcase. But the building and rooms have been renovated and it's very clean. As it was cold I could use the airco for heating, there was an extra blanket in the room and there was.nothing wrong with the bed. They still have an issue with the elevator which they say will be solved soon. But the guys at the reception carried my luggage up and later down again and they did it with a smile, thank you guys! Location is perfect with a local bar for breakfast or tapas at 10 steps away and there are many more bars and restaurants close by.

There is a wash basin in the room but no mix tap, so one tap gives freezing cold water and the other one burning hot. In the shared bathroom there is a wash basin with mix tap, but the shower gets cold after only 2 minutes.

I liked the fact there were people to greet me when I arrived in a proper reception and that reception was manned until 2am. I found staff helpful and they even booked by taxi for airport next morning, as taxi company had no English. Accomodation felt safe, I had a terrace outside my room. It was quiet as I had no windows looking onto traffic and no bedrooms immediately beside me. Great location as although busy road nearby, there was a lovely square between Pension and main road and lovely tapas bar there too. Also Pension was very near old town.

The staff was new and she said it was her first day. We tried to ask for food suggestions but she can only speak minimal English, which is nothing big deal. Check in process was smooth and we got to check in 30 minutes early since we reached earlier than the check in time. Very strategic location, reachable within a very near 20m walk after we get off from the bus station, which makes the travel to-from the Seville Bus Station very convenient. Walkable distance to all main tourist spots. Comfy beds.

The room was not sound-proof. We could hear toilet flushes and people chatting from our opposite room. Not suitable if you are a light sleeper. Not much kitchen facilities if you are planning to cook simple meals for yourself. Other than that it was a totally fine stay!

I spent two nights here, the location was amazing as it is so close to the center and all the main attactions are close, including the train stations which is not too far away. The room was very clean and the towels/sheets were fresh. The staff was also great and check in and check out were quick and smooth. Not sure about the other rooms, but the only recommendation about the room I was in is to have a power socket closer to bed.

I do not have any major complaints.

Location is great, right on the edge of the old town . Staff are friendly and the room was simple, old fashioned but spotlessly clean . There were plenty of blankets in the wardrobe. We had a twin room and the beds were fine. There was plenty of hot water.and water pressure was fantastic . There was a really pleasant outdoor terrace at the end of the hall

Rooms are small and there is some street noise at night from the pedestrian street below which wasn’t a big problem.There did not appear to be a fan or heater however in April this was not an issue.

Such a great place for the price (€34 p.n.) Spotlessly clean, very well run and great location in the old town. Staff were all very nice and helpful even if we had language barriers. They even Stored my suitcase for a few hours, free of charge, after checkout. I would highly recommend this Pension to any / all budget travellers.

Some late night noise from other rooms / idiots - but the Pension / Management can hardly be blamed for this. It’s just a symptom of modern day ignorance/ lack of consideration by some people.

The location is kept very clean. I thought the staff was helpful in various languages including Italian, English, and Spanish. I also liked the location which was close to the Santa Cruz neighborhood as well as the cathedral. And to take the bus to Santa Justa go to the busstop across the nearby main street. Otherwise you'll just be going in the direction of the Torre de Oro.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location was convenient and a short walk through some streets to the cathedral and other areas of the city centre. There were many good places for food and drinks nearby and it felt safe and peaceful, despite the proximity to the centre. The rooftop terrace was excellent to enjoy the vista and city skyline at night. The hotel was basic, but very clean and comfortable for a single traveller.

The property is well located, near the center of the city. I liked that you can leave your bags after check-out at no cost which was very convenient. This is something that should be announced when booking this property.

Although the property is comfortable and clean, I believe it’s pricy for the services it provides.

The location was brilliant, the staff were friendly and informative on how to get to places etc, basic rooms but everything you need, clean with clean bedding and towels, there’s a bar in the square for a great breakfast on your way out and the last drink and tapas on your way home,
