When we arrived, I wasn't sure what to think, as always, the photos of the property were certainly nothing like how it actually looked so I had my reservations, however, when we checked in, I was pleasantly surprised as to how well inside the place was, the host was polite and friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was good too, right outside the door, I cannot complain about anything to be honest

Nothing in this place was a problem, even though it had 2 stars, if you look beyond the appearance, it's absolutely fine, after arrival, I was thinking of booking somewhere else because of the disheveled look and I am glad I didn't, it's a 2 star property, there are bound to be little hiccups etc, but I would recommend this place to anyone.

Traditional guesthouse located in a good downtown area not far from Santa Justa station (ten-minute walk). Single rooms are simple, not very large but not too small either (depends on which room you are in, some are larger). The rooms that have a shared bathroom have a nearby bathroom two steps away. From some rooms at night or in the morning you can hear guests checking in or checking out; otherwise the guesthouse is really quiet. A large towel is given for everything; hair dryer can be requested from the owners. The owners are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The shared bathroom is always very clean. It is a traditional guesthouse with a different style from a modern hotel and its own beauty is the traditional style and atmosphere

Good location. Bus to Estacion de buses Plaza de Armas left close to Pension. The owner couple were always present and tried to help however possible. They were both friendly. Place felt safe. Room had AC which was really needed with 40 °C heat! I was allowed to leave luggage there before check in as I arrived few hours too early due to previous transport schedule.

Room was too small to open my luggage. It was hard to watch TV because it was so close/high up next to bed. It should have in a different place. Also the room light was reflected from the screen. There was no possibility to heat any food because Pension had only fridge but no microwave. Owners spoke no English which made communication challenging. However all things got solved somehow with them 👍 and for this reason my stay was all in all good.

- Clean and nice. - A comfy bed. - A wonderful ginger cat at the reception. It loves to be peted 😊 - Close to the castle and the old town - Very close to the train station (it was essential for me as I was travelling by train) - Great value for money

- Wi-fi was very slow but I was ok with it as I was using my mobile date; - When you choose, please note that there is no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow. It was also ok for me, I did not mind bringing my bags upstairs. - it was a bit noisy, but not too much though.

The location is absolutely the best, so if you are coming here to see Seville and its most important spots, it's fantastic. Also, the staff was very helpful

It would’ve been great to have a table or desk and a chair in the room since we had nowhere to put things like mugs of tea or snacks. Also, we weren’t told about the renovations, so we were caught off guard by the drilling noise on Monday morning

The location is very central concerning visiting all the places of interest. Also, a lot of restaurants and shopping places are nearby. The bus stop is also very close. Not very far from the main bus centre or the train station. One can always come to the room for some rest after having food or visiting some places. The neighbourhood is very nice to walk around at night. We were there on 1st of January night and were very glad to see the busy streets at night with restaurants open. The facilities are also as expected and the host is extremely cheerful. Also, it was value for money.

The location was excellent and the room rate was very fair. The room was clean and comfortable.

The property only has 1 bathroom for the guests and there are 8 rooms. It wasnt a problem for me since there was no one else there and I left early but it could def. be a problem.

Its good value for the money, but its a bit weird that you need to ring a bell in the evening and the owner comes open the door (if you return to the property later then 23:00). It was not really clean but for a short stay you have everything you need. The staffwere nice.

Location was the best! In the very heart of the old town, foot distance from all top attractions worth seeing, restaurants, stores.. Intresting old Spanish house, owned by older couple, who were really nice and helpful. Everything was clean.

Everytime you go outside, you must leave room keys in the basket on the reception desk, it is pretty accessible to everyone.

The room was super clean. They even brought me new towels every day. The location was superb. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room didn't have a window.
