Great location, just outside of Santa Cruz (the old Jewish quarter) and facing the Murillo Gardens. Lots of restaurants and other services (laundry, market, etc) in this neighborhood. Not sure why they call it "basic" since the rooms are quite nice and kept very clean. There is all day coffee, soft drinks, and water. Some milk and cereal for breakfast along with fruit. Easy 10–15-minute walk to the cathedral and other sites...depending upon your ability to navigate small, twisting and charming alleys.

Keep in mind that Spain is a late-night country. Hotel guests should know that with a front-facing room, the restaurants below close after 11-12 so there's some noise from putting tables away etc. Ear plugs can take care of the noise.

Exceptional location for visiting the city. Park to the front of the hotel so a very open aspect. Short walks to the main sites such as Alcazar and Cathedral. Many places to eat / drink right by the hotel and surrounding area. We had one of the three rooms on the third floor that each have a private roof terrace and would recommend one of those. The drinks/coffee machine etc provided in the reception area was a nice touch and very welcome. The 'order in' room service option worked well , was good quality and well priced. We did not find our room location to be noisy.

This hotel is a gem – clean, comfortable, and ideally located in the old Jewish quarter, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The rooms are spotless and equipped with air conditioning, and there’s the added bonus of unlimited free tea, coffee, and refreshments, plus a nice selection of cereals and pastries available at reception. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. There’s also a convenient public car park just a few steps from the front door. Overall, excellent value for money – I’d highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to the Santa Cruz Barrio and overlooking the Jardines de Murillo. Rooms were clean, bright and spacious with two Juliet Balconies and a nice bathroom. The rooftop terrace has fabulous views and is a great place to relax and escape the crowds. There is a small bar with drinks and snacks downstairs that you can use throughout the day, all for free!

It was all excellent. The city itself was very busy due to the Easter parades so there was quite a lot of noise. Particularly one night when there was a procession going past my window! However, this is not the fault of the hotel and also in fact not really a problem as I did enjoy the prime view! If I'm being really picky I did find myself comparing it to the place I stayed just prior to this hotel in Granada and found the reception staff slightly less friendly. Again this is just a comparison rather than a real negative.

Very central location in Santa Cruz surrounded by very good restaurants and a lovely park.Near to main attractions.

Only problem we had was grout in shower in room 26 needed attention.i used to work in hotel maintenance and we used to use a top grout cleaner with a scrubbing brush periodically to maintain cleanliness.A minor complaint as all parts of hotel were otherwise spotless.

Location was perfect. Clean and very charming hotel. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, provides customers coffe, cereal, water and juice and fruits, which can be eaten either on the ground floor or on the terrace, at the table. Juan at the reception desk was very helpful with all question we asked him. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and always smiling. He made our vacation even more comfortable and fun. Thanks Juan for everything.

We loved everything. This hotel should be rated as 5 star hotel.

The hotel was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit and there were many restaurants close by. There was a variety of drinks and snacks available throughout the day and evening. There’s a terrace that you can spend time in the evening when you return back to the hotel. We watched the fireworks on the terrace for Féria de Abril. The staff was very helpful when asking for directions or restaurant suggestions.

We liked the hotel very much but would not recommend staying in room 11!!! The room faces the park. Apparently the rooms by room 11 all have an unbearable stench which gets worse in the evening. We kept the balcony doors open to air out the room. The front desk told us that the cleaning crew usually put a pill of some sort down the drain to subside the stench. It was never done. We spent 4 nights bearing the stench. Hence, why we spent so much time in the evening on the terrace.

Location great, opposite a nice park. Loads of bars nearby and 10 mins walk into the centre or river . 20 mins max gentle walking to all the sights. Staff very friendly and helpful. They have snacks, fruit, cereal, tea, coffee and soft drinks available at no cost 24hrs.

No view from our room but it didn’t bother us.

Room and facilities were very good for a short stay. There is no restaurant or bar however there is a breakfast bar with cereals, fruit juice, tea, coffee, fresh fruit and croissants etc available all day at no additional charge. Very convenient location for bars and restaurants, I was staying with a friend who has very limited vision so it took a little longer to walk to The Paza de España and to Sevilla FC football stadium which conducts guided tours. We visited during Sevillas´ Festival week which I would recommend.

Parking at the hotel is in the public underground car park where it has a few spaces and comes at a discounted rate, however it can be difficult to access due to the one way system. Not a major problem, just a little frustrating.

This is a lovely Spanish hotel with a roof top patio that overlooks the park. A perfect place from which to stroll through shaded and flowered paths. Walking distance to the big tourist sights and great restaurants the location is marvelous. A great value and a wonderful stay. It is such a treat to get more than you expected.
