Absolutely gorgeous hotel, staff couldn’t be more helpful, my boyfriend left his phone in the taxi from the airport and the lady on receptionist handled it all due to language barrier, pool is lovely and bar is open at 12 ☺️ on our second last night we had a knock on our door to a lovely bottle of cava and glasses and a note thanking us for staying. Such a lovely touch. Loads of choice at breakfast and food really fresh 🥰 gave us a complimentary check out as our flight home was late. Sat at reception waiting for a taxi and they gave us bottled water. Walking distance to absolutely everything, room big and with a lovely balcony. Cannot recommend enough :)

This was our second visit here, and it's the perfect base for Seville. The location is spot on, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are so helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the beds are really comfortable. We love the rooftop pool and bar.

Sunlounger hoggers!!! 😄 On our first afternoon, we couldn't get a sunlounger at all. On our second day, we planned to be at the pool when it opened so we could get a couple of hours lying in the sun but we witnessed people 'reserving' their loungers with towels and sun hats and then leave the hotel for a few hours!!

Second visit to this beautiful city & to the lovely Hotel Fernando III. This time with a group of friends - to introduce them to some of Seville's highlights. Friendly & welcoming staff, excellent location - main attractions are all within a 15 minute walk, scrupulously clean, beautiful rooftop pool & bar area with views over the city, excellent buffet breakfast. Like me, they all want to return to Seville & to stay in Hotel Fernando III. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you to all the wonderful Team there & ..... ..... ¡hasta la próxima vez! 😎

Location -perfect. Close to all attractions and could walk from airport bus stop. Double room large, good air-con , bed large, bathroom good . Everything really clean. Staff really helpful and smiled which doesn't often happen in tourist cities. Breakfast staff were like 5* staff. Breakfast good ,- all the usuals (and some guests even had full glasses of Cava at 9am in the morning). Had room service as I checkedin quite late. Food really yummy and good quality. Didn't use the other facilities but the terrace would be lovely to sit in.

Although the room was great, I would have liked the more modern furniture that is shown in the first website photo rather than the older ones shown further down in the hotel photos. Not an issue though as it would be a waste to throw it out until it needs replacing. The building opposite was having a window replaced so hopefully that dirty wall will also be painted at the same time which will allow guests to enjoy the street view more .

Alejandro on the reception desk was exceptionally helpful & friendly. A beautiful hotel ,nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location to explore the city. Delicious breakfast.

The service in this hotel was second to none, from the moment you are greeted at the door. The hotel kindly gifted us a complementary bottle of Cava which was a lovely touch. The hotel roof top was amazing, great sized pool with plenty of sun beds and a bar with a great menu. We cannot comment on the hotel’s food as we didn’t eat in the hotel. The hotel’s location was perfect, a short walk away from Alfafa region for fantastic food whilst also only a 10 minute walk away from land marks like Plaza de España and Alcazar. We regularly holiday in this region of Spain and we will absolutely be back to stay again the next time we visit Sevilla!

It is our second visit to Hotel Fernando III the reason for our return is that it is in the best location for all the major sights to see, Alcazabar, Seville Cathedral, Plaza de Espana, La Setas and so much more. Surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars and shopping not to mention exploring this wonderful city.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, our room was located on the third floor of the hotel which was directly under the rooftop bar. Now we are in no way, kill joys, but it was impossible to sleep until the early hours of the morning due to the excessive level of noise emanating from the rooftop. On one occasion a very heated argument was taking place with offensive language and what sounded like overturning of the furniture taking place right above our room. The bar closes at 12.00 and we assume the staff need to clean up in readiness for the next day, so that also involves repositioning the furniture etc again the dragging and scraping kept you awake well into the early hours every night. Sound proofing of the rooftop level needs to be put in place for the comfort of the guests below.

Everything! The staff were incredibly attentive, kind and knowledgeable! They were always there to cater to every need. We received a complimentary bottle of cava and 2 welcome cocktails. They also replenished coffee, tea and water in our room each day. Our room was immaculate & the staff cleaned it beautifully. The location of the hotel was perfect for absolutely everything that the city has to offer. The pool was perfect for the 40 degree weather that we had & we always managed to get a sun bed & many cocktails - bar staff were lovely and also had brilliant humour! We also enjoyed that there was always light music playing, created a good environment! We had lunch at the hotel and was delicious - I am vegetarian (and picky!) and they very kindly made me a cheese & tomato toastie in replacement of the ham! Honestly couldn’t have asked for more from this hotel. Truly 10/10!

Location is great for walking to Seville’s sights. Thoughtfully designed room with a good bed, kept extremely clean throughout our weeklong stay. Our room near the back of the hotel was nice and quiet. Varied, complete breakfast buffet in their restaurant, we had it twice. The staff are all exceptional, warm professionals, a great team who made us feel at home. We would love to return.

Nothing - we are an older couple and this is one of most delightful hotel stays we have ever had.
