This was our second visit here, and it's the perfect base for Seville. The location is spot on, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are so helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the beds are really comfortable. We love the rooftop pool and bar.

Sunlounger hoggers!!! 😄 On our first afternoon, we couldn't get a sunlounger at all. On our second day, we planned to be at the pool when it opened so we could get a couple of hours lying in the sun but we witnessed people 'reserving' their loungers with towels and sun hats and then leave the hotel for a few hours!!

Second visit to this beautiful city & to the lovely Hotel Fernando III. This time with a group of friends - to introduce them to some of Seville's highlights. Friendly & welcoming staff, excellent location - main attractions are all within a 15 minute walk, scrupulously clean, beautiful rooftop pool & bar area with views over the city, excellent buffet breakfast. Like me, they all want to return to Seville & to stay in Hotel Fernando III. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you to all the wonderful Team there & ..... ..... ¡hasta la próxima vez! 😎

Location -perfect. Close to all attractions and could walk from airport bus stop. Double room large, good air-con , bed large, bathroom good . Everything really clean. Staff really helpful and smiled which doesn't often happen in tourist cities. Breakfast staff were like 5* staff. Breakfast good ,- all the usuals (and some guests even had full glasses of Cava at 9am in the morning). Had room service as I checkedin quite late. Food really yummy and good quality. Didn't use the other facilities but the terrace would be lovely to sit in.

Although the room was great, I would have liked the more modern furniture that is shown in the first website photo rather than the older ones shown further down in the hotel photos. Not an issue though as it would be a waste to throw it out until it needs replacing. The building opposite was having a window replaced so hopefully that dirty wall will also be painted at the same time which will allow guests to enjoy the street view more .

Location is great for walking to Seville’s sights. Thoughtfully designed room with a good bed, kept extremely clean throughout our weeklong stay. Our room near the back of the hotel was nice and quiet. Varied, complete breakfast buffet in their restaurant, we had it twice. The staff are all exceptional, warm professionals, a great team who made us feel at home. We would love to return.

A special mention to Paula at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. My room was beautifully decorated, combining classic Andalusian charm with modern luxury. It was spotless, spacious, and had a lovely balcony with a stunning city view. During my stay, I had to change rooms due to some construction work happening next door. However, the hotel staff handled the situation swiftly and professionally. Manuel personally assisted with my room transfer, ensuring everything was seamless, and to my surprise, they left a bottle of champagne in my new room as a thoughtful gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. This level of customer service truly impressed me and showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel’s location was unbeatable, within walking distance of Seville’s main attractions like the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Plaza de España. Additionally, some of the best places to eat in the city were just a short stroll away, from traditional tapas bars to fine dining restaurants. It was the perfect base to explore the city’s vibrant food scene. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of Seville’s skyline—perfect for unwinding with a drink in the evening. Every detail, from the comfort of the bed to the attentiveness of the staff, made my stay exceptional. Overall, the Hotel staff exceeded my expectations in every way. Paula and Manuel, along with the rest of the team, made my stay truly special. The way they handled the room change demonstrated their dedication to guest experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended 😊

It’s location is close to most sites, making it easy for a first timer. Everyone at the front desk were helpful and courteous. The standard room is spacious by European standard. Breakfast provides a great selection of food items to choose from.

The heater in the room was a bit too warm for me, so I opened the window to let the cool winter air in. There was a constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom in my room (#212). At first, I thought it could be from the heater, but I noticed it on the second and third day when I returned from outside. The window was closed after cleaning so it’s obvious that the smell was coming from inside of the room. I reported it to the front desk when I checked out, the staff said they would look into it.

The hotel is in a perfect location for the bustling centre of Seville with great access to local restaurants and the main tourist attractions. There is an excellent valet service for car which eliminated any hassle of us having to find somewhere to park. This should be mentioned in their description as it is a little vague. Spotless room and nice bed, sheets, towels etc. Extensive international breakfast foods and courteous helpful staff. Relaxing roof top bar for early evening drink. The weather was too chilly for the pool.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Hotel Fernando – we honestly couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A special shout-out to Miguel at the bar (he’s fantastic!), and Maro and Fernando at the front desk – so helpful and always smiling. The rooms were lovely – clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The pool area was just perfect for relaxing, and we spent a lot of time enjoying drinks at the terrace bar, which had a great vibe and gorgeous views. The location is also spot-on – close to everything but still peaceful enough to really unwind. We’re already planning our trip back for next year. Highly recommend!
